COMPLETELY RENOVATED OCEANFRONT CONDO!! St. Simons Island is a quaint village on the Atlantic Ocean that boasts huge live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, marshland views and nature at its best. This historic place has excellent restaurants and wonderful shops as well as bicycle trails, golf courses and tennis courts. The beach itself is very wide, ideal for walking, biking, flying kites, playing games or just relaxing. The famous King and Prince Resort was voted "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" by the readers of Southern Living. You can affordably stay at this resort in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condominium which is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The balcony features wonderful views and ocean breezes. The condominium complex offers a private pool, hot tub, gas grills and secure, gated parking. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk to the village and the pier on the beach or back roads. Some of the best restaurants on the island and bike rental are located just a couple of blocks from the unit. King & Prince Resort: Offering 2 and 3 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condominiums at a world-class resort. You will have access to all of the King & Prince Resort amenities including pools and jacuzzi, outdoor gas grills, the Grill/Dining Room in the lobby of the King & Prince Hotel, fitness room, business center, tennis courts, and access to Hampton Golf Club. Bedding: 1-King, 2-Twins, Sleeper Sofa

Beach bliss.

We needed some beach time - and this property hooked us up. Perfect location for sunrise walks and sunset swims in the ocean. And nice to be able to end the day with a dip in the pools of the King & Prince Resort.

perfect family getaway

This condo is amazing!! Updated, spacious, and well equipped. The view from the balcony was our favorite. The beach is stunning! Lots for our family to do: walks, swim, beach, dinner & ice cream in the evening...so fun for all ages! This was our first time in SSI - we will definitely be back soon!

Did not have to leave the property!

Small group for a quick trip. We enjoyed the condo as well as the grounds. The bar/restaurant/lobby was lovely, and the beach was a wonderful place for a walk. Condo is immaculate.

Nice Property, Great Location

As other reviews have stated, property location and view is very good, and it is nice to have pool/resort access. The property does have some high end finishes. That being said, some aspects of the unit are showing wear. Front door and glass sliding door to balcony need to be replaced. Some floor tiles were cracked. There were water stains in ceiling from leaks in roof. Second bathroom sink was old and had low water pressure. Just be aware when booking that this is not a 'fully renovated' unit. We have stayed in multiple condos over the years and this is by far the best stocked I have ever experienced. Dishes, glasses, and silverware are very nice and new. Full selection of pots, pans, and any kitchen gadget you could want. The unit was very clean.

The best view ever!

This property is beautiful and the view is magnificent! Everything we needed was there from suitcase stands to laundry baskets. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable with soft bedding and plenty of extras. Convenient to every amenity the King and Prince has to offer. I highly recommend and plan to be back!

March COVID getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to St Simons island. This condo is situated perfectly with great views of the ocean and lots of opportunities for walking And enjoying the area. It was well equipped and very clean.
