Great location, perfect size for the 4 of us, loved the two balcony's! Kitchen was well equipped, nicely decorated and plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Would definitely book here again!

Perfect setting, close to the beach

This is a great unit, with a million dollar view from the sixth floor elevator lobby, and a very comfortable accommodation facing Boca Ciega Bay. Easy block to John’s Pass restaurants and shops, and miles of gorgeous beach just across the street. Larger than the last unit we rented at Madeira Bay. Master bed is very comfortable. Only issue is that second bedroom mattress is too soft.

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location across from the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. Pool area was a little crowded as it is shared with the resort next door.

Clean property, great location

We stayed here for a wedding. It was a great location. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The condo itself was very clean. Great view! Right across the street from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Madeira Bay Resort Stay

Loved the stay at Madeira Bay Resort. Great access to the beach. Walking distance to St Johns Pass and access to shops and food. The room was clean and open concept. Deserves its 5-star rating. Reserved this trip through VRBO & iTrip Vacations. This is the second time I have used iTrip in Madeira Beach. Wonderful staff. Both times have made me feel valued as a guest. Offered quick response to my questions. Definitely would use iTrip again.

Nice location

The place was nice, there was an issue with a door handle and weevil bugs in one of the bedrooms but the owners were quick to respond and came out to spray and fixed the handle. However, the spray didn’t completely rid the room of the bugs. We had to shut that room off and the kids had to sleep on the pullout couch. Besides that, the place was exactly as described. Parking was easy and convenient and everything was within walking distance.

Memorial Day Fun!

Beautiful condo! Clean, so close to everything. Completely walkable. Large living area. Balconies were both amazing. Elevators were fast. Parking was easy. Would def stay here again!!

Great location

The stay was very nice. Nice view off the small balcony into the bay, saw a dolphin one morning. Easy walk across the street to the beach with crosswalk access. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Spacious living quarters with a nice beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. One disappointment, the dryer leaves black streaks/stains on your clothes.

Great location

This condo location was perfect. Beach access was right across the street and the beach wagon/buggy in the condo was awesome to drag the beach stuff right over. Easy short walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo had 6 chairs and two umbrellas when we left last Saturday so there was no need to rent anything.

Great location

Clean condo with a great view. On the main street so we could easily jump on the trolley or walk short distance to John’s Pass. The accommodations were perfect and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Hesitant to book even with photos, but was very satisfied….!

This place is exactly like the photos. It was clean and well supplied for our 5 night stay. The location has beach access directly across street. The crosswalk is less than 20 feet from condo building front doors. The first businesses in Johns Pass are very quick 3 minute walk. Even the farthest businesses in John Pass are less than a 10 minute walk. The condo is just beautiful and the Hosts were very responsive to my text questions.

Spacious!

Was pleasantly surprised by how large the unit is. Bedrooms were large and the living area was nice and airy and spacious. Unit is across the street from the beach and within walking distance of all the fun at John’s Pass. Parking could be an issue during busy season but since it wasn’t, we managed just fine! There are two balconies and the larger one faces directly over houses not the canal. Can still see the canal, it’s just not right in front of the balcony. The smaller balcony off the secondary bedroom does look out onto the canal. There was a bunch of small black flying bugs in the unit which were a nuisance and the mattress in the secondary could def be replaced. The bed on the primary sits low but was happy to discover it’s adjustable and very comfy! The bathroom attached is small but nice. However the shower/tub is slow draining and has virtually no water pressure so it’s extremely soft and takes awhile to rinse shampoo. The other bath features only a shower that has better pressure. The towels were wonderful-large and thick. There was some beach items in the closet but didn’t use due to weather and being busy with a wedding. All in all a very nice unit!

Getaway

We had a wonderful stay… the condo was clean, the people very friendly, and our stay was so relaxing. Our view was great.. watching the manatees and the dolphins from our balcony was a whole new experience. The proximity of John’s Pass … great shops and restaurants was also really appealing …. and having the beach so close was a plus. We had the best of both worlds. We would definitely go back.

Close to Canyon Lodge

Place is walking distance to the village, there was plenty for space for our group of 8 and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for our cooking needs. Overall, we had a great time and everyone was comfortable, highly recommend this place for big groups, will stay here again in the future.

Great place and location!

A few minutes walk to St Johns Pass, quick walk to the beach (public walkway right across the street), quick Uber ride to Treasure Island. The unit was clean and had everything we needed - hosts were quick to respond if needed! Loved the large table on the deck too. Awesome vacation.
