This top floor condo will leave you breathless from the moment you arrive. Great location

Short walking distance to putt putt golfing, Winn Dixie, CVSand restaurants. Short drive to several more restaurants. Nice walk, probably less than 1 1/2 miles to John’s Pass which has shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location!

We loved our two weeks in this beautiful condo! We had everything we needed. We liked the security and the assigned parking spot which made it easy to come and go. The view from the balcony was so nice! We tried to reserve this condo for next year but it was already booked up for months! We’ll definitely try to come again.

A gorgeous 12 th floor unit Overlooking beach!

We loved staying in this gorgeous unit on the top floor! It had the very best in terms of quality of apiances, furniture, decor. It had a huge balcony looking over the beach! It was very clean. We could even see the water of the gulf,, sitting inside our unit! Master shower was huge and beautiful with its tile! The large condo building was very clean and property kept up. The only downside if u had windows open on the street side, at times the noise of cars was annoying. ( but no one says uhave to keep those windows wide open) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beach walking was fantastic due to nice compacted sand. 😀 nancy

Memorable Stay

Very nice. Beautiful views. Walking distance to grocery pharmacy restaurants and park across the street. Many memorable pictures were taken from our deck area overlooking beach and sunsets.

Great vacation!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo in Madeira Beach. Condo was as represented, well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Beautiful beach and pool. Accessible to restaurants and fun beach bars. Hope to stay again in this unit.

Maderia beach ocean sands condo

We had a great stay in this condo on Maderia beach. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Appliances, cookware and utensils were top of the line. We really like the ceiling fans throughout the condo including balcony

Beautiful view, nice deck furniture to enjoy. Well equipped, high end kitchen (oven broken entire time, guess they couldn’t get the part - that limited our cooking). Overall a nice condo, beautiful beach & pool

Awesome Condo

This was one of the best condo's that we have ever rented. We were worried about being on the 12th floor - but we rented late and had few options. The elevators in the building are awesome! one elevator waits on the 12th floor and one waits on the 1st floor at all times - and they are super fast. Only about 1/2 the building was occupied during the two weeks which included July 4th - most times we were in the elevators by ourselves and had plenty of beach space. The kitchen is amazing, the balcony, closets, storage area for beach chairs and stuff. The bathrooms are nice - no problems with water pressure or temp or toilets. Very nicely decorated. The pantry was HUGE - which is nice so we could see everything and try to finish up our food before leaving. This condo is located in a great spot - many nights we took a short walk to restaurants. Dockside Dave's which had some of the best scallops and clam strips we have ever had was just down the street. The Daquiri Shack right across the street - along with a 7-11, CVS, Winn Dixie. The causeway is right there for traveling inland. Traffic not bad at all - (compared to Clearwater - ugh). We had a great stay! Would definitely rent here again and considering buying as well.
