The Sunset Rocks Hideaway is a Gulf-facing, canal-front retreat just a 2-minute walk to the beach! Sleeps 8 with a private dock, plunge pool, sun deck, outdoor shower, grill, kayaks, paddleboards & beach gear. Both queen bedrooms feature private balconies with Gulf & sunset views.

NEW FOR FALL 2026: We’re expanding! Guests will enjoy our newly upgraded 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout, including a new bonus sleeping/game room with bunk beds and a new full bathroom with walk-in shower. Renovation is underway and expected to be completed in September 2026. Renderings shown are design previews; updated photos will be added when construction is complete.

Interior Features

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, blender, teapot, knife block, and drip filter, French press, and coffee pod coffee makers. Basic dishes, utensils, and select spices are provided, but cooking oil, coffee filters/pods may not be available.

Dining:
Enjoy meals at a dining table with seating for 6 (table has a built-in leaf to extend from 4 chairs to 6), plus 2 additional counter stools at the kitchen bar.

Living Area:
Relax in the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), loveseat, full-sized cabinet murphy bed (sleeps 2), rocking chair, Roku TV, coffee table, two side tables, and a ceiling fan. A large sliding glass door opens to a private balcony with canal and beach views, furnished with two bistro sets (table + 2 chairs).

Primary Bedroom:
Queen bed, dresser, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, Roku TV, and a ceiling fan. Private Balcony.

Primary En Suite Bathroom:
Includes a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

Second Bedroom:
Queen bed, dresser, nightstand, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. Private Balcony.

Second Full Bathroom: Features a step-in shower and single vanity (no bathtub). Includes a second pocket door for use by guests of the bonus sleeping room/game room.

Third Bonus Sleeping Room/Game Room: Twin bunk beds with a 3rd trundle twin bed.

A Pack 'n Play baby crib is also available for families traveling with little ones.

Laundry:
Full-sized washer and dryer in unit.

Beach Amenities:
Includes 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 sea kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, a beach canopy, umbrella, wagon, and toys for your convenience. Beach towels are provided for use during your stay.

Important Information
House Rules:

No smoking or vaping indoors. Violation may incur a $200–$500 remediation fee.

Tampering with or disabling the smoke detectors, Ring doorbell, or Internet is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No parties or events.

Respect local noise ordinances.

Clean and return beach gear daily—do not leave outside overnight.

Supplies Provided:
Each stay includes limited starter supplies: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, soap for each sink, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods. One set of bath and beach towels per guest is provided, along with all bed linens.

Pet Policy:

No pets on furniture or beds please
Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.

Age & Rental Policy:
The booking guest must be at least 25 and present for the entire stay. Adults may not book for minors.

Parking:
Guests have access to the designated Unit #1 parking area under the carport, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles parked in tandem. Please park only in the Unit #1 space. Visitor and association parking spaces are reserved for owners and authorized guests and are not available for rental guests.

Catch a Rays or Buccaneers game, or drive 2 hours to experience the magic of Disney World.

Outside Features
Enjoy access to the canal-side dock, perfect for boating, fishing, or simply taking in the peaceful water views. The dock also features a fish-cleaning station with sink, making it easy to prep your fresh catch after a day on the water.

At the rear of the property, you'll find an 8-ft unheated plunge pool, gas grill, picnic area, and loungers for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Guests of Unit #1 enjoy exclusive use of the outdoor shower, complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, and a full collection of beach gear, including chairs, boogie boards, a wagon, canopy, umbrella, and sand toys.

The plunge pool is designed for cooling off and relaxing rather than a heated spa experience. It is most comfortable during warmer months (May–September), and in cooler weather the water may be too cold for extended use.

Waterfront, Kayak/SUP, and Plunge Pool Rules

Use of the dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and outdoor plunge pool is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Guests are responsible for supervising all members of their group, including children, at all times.

Kayaks and paddleboards may only be used during daylight hours, in calm weather, and by guests who are able to swim. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Do not use kayaks or paddleboards during storms, high winds, lightning, strong currents, or after consuming alcohol.

The outdoor plunge/stock tank pool is unheated and shallow. No diving, no glass, no running, and no unsupervised children are permitted. Use caution, as outdoor surfaces may be wet or slippery.

By booking, guests agree to follow all posted rules and assume responsibility for safe use of these amenities.
