Upon opening the door, you are met by an open concept light and airy studio, a beautiful balcony with a view of the Gulf! This unit has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with 2 sleeper sofas. The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for your enjoyment along with it's own updated private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors.
Enjoy the beachfront and heated pool and hot tub, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of the white sandy beach searching for shells. Create an incredible meal at the onsite Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting family vacation memories.

Amazing location and beautiful beach views! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo could use a good deep clean, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, great unit!

Picking up the key is a pain

Everything was terrific with one exception, altho this seems to be true with most condos in that area. There is no code for the condo door - You have to travel several miles to an office to pick up a key. This is really inconvenient for anyone who flies in and doesn't rent a vehicle.

Beautiful views!!!

Overall we was very pleased with our condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator for all the units so you have to wait for a long time for it to come up and go down. And inside the elevator was ridiculously hot! Needs ventilation!!!!!!

Great Location

We were very comfortable staying here. The kitchen was very nice and came with all the staples. A larger fry pan or griddle are needed. King size bed was comfy, the twins were not very comfortable. The location is great, not far from Johns pass. 7-eleven across the street for items you missed. Beach is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Corn hole and bocce ball available to use at any time. We found lots of sand dollars on the 2nd sandbar, this made our trip!!! We would stay here again.

Seabreeze stay

Our experience at Seabreeze was wonderful. Check in was easy but a distance from the condo. Our unit was updated and in good condition. The carpets need replacing but overall it was very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We loved the warmth of the sun on the balcony in cool afternoons and viewing the sunset there at night. The pool area and hot tub are nice and seem adequate for the time of year we were there. The location was great and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We would stay at this unit again.

Beautiful Beach

The overall condition of this unit was acceptable and the beach and pool area were fantastic. The noise from the resident in the unit above was an issue. It seems as though someone would drag a chair along the floor at all hours of the day and "night"?? The elevator could use help but didnt fail. I wouldnt stay in this unit again knowing there are so many to choose from.

Great Location!

Great view and walking distance to John’s Pass. Condo had everything we needed. Check in/out process would have been easier if the key to the condo was in a lock box on the door. We didn’t have a car and used Uber to and from airport and had to add the extra stop in Indian Shores to pick up and return the keys.

Not enough beach supplies

Condo did not have beach supplies. Who wants to have to buy umbrellas and boards to go to the beach. Guess the owner makes out since you have to leave them.
