The open floor plan has been tastefully remodeled with beautiful beach finishes done by a local designer. Take in the fiery sunrise that lights the morning sky bright orange, or the breathtaking cotton candy blue and pink sunset from the comfort of your private balcony in this beachfront, gulf facing unit. Experience living steps away from the sugar sand beaches that cool your feet on even the hottest days. Go for a relaxing morning walk and dip your toes in the calming blue-green water as the dolphins frolic nearby. Looking for activities? Every day presents a new adventure, including water sports, fishing, boating, kite surfing and more. Sea Breeze on Madeira Beach comes equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq grills, bocce ball court, outdoor space, ample parking, and laundry (same floor as the unit). Walkability is second to none! Conveniently located only one block from the world famous Johns Pass with restaurants and shopping galore! No details were spared to ensure our guests security and comfort. Such a great place for our mother/daughter trip! Clean and smelled great. Inflatables were free to use in the ocean, so fun!

We enjoyed our stay! We found everything to be as listed in the description of the condo. Very spacious for our family. The host always responded to my questions very quickly. The views were stunning! Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, closet with chairs/umbrella/cooler/flashlights was super handy… nothing but great things to say about this place!

Ideal location for beach access and easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler onsite as well.

Just as described! Gorgeous view of the beach and beautifully renovated unit. Well stocked, plenty of parking, and very responsive host. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The amenities were definitely a plus. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the pots and pans looked great. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of plug ins at the bedside. The view was amazing. Plenty of parking spaces. I just can’t say enough great things about this place! Everything was great!

Very nice property, roomy, beautiful view, great location. Jeffrey responded very quickly to any question we had. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did notice that the single beds in the second bedroom were pretty squeaky with movement.

This was our second stay at this property. We love everything about it and plan to come back again. Location is wonderful and close to so many things. We walked the beach to grab coffee, dinner or drinks every day. When you don’t want to leave the property, the balcony is comfortable and private. We watched the dolphins swim every morning while drinking our coffee. Owner is easy to work with and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Immaculate beachfront condo. Easy check in. Host was very responsive. Beach is perfect and not crowded. Very family friendly. Pool/hot tub area and the rest of grounds super well kept. Easy walk to John’s Pass thru alley. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Ferienwohnung. War wieder rundum perfekt: Ausstattung der Wohnung, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Ausblick auf Strand und Meer (Delfine jeden Tag). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
