  • Elegancia relajada directamente sobre arena exclusiva Sunset Beach! 3 dormitorios con 1 cama king y 2 camas de matrimonio, además de las traviesas de la reina en el desván frente al mar, dormitorio principal y sala de estar, capacidad para 8 personas muy bien. Dos de las habitaciones están separadas por un loft.

    Nadar en la piscina (utilizado por los clientes de ambas unidades), disfrutar de la sala de billar frente a la playa o cocinar una comida de gourmet romántica en la cocina grande y precioso que ofrece encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero nuevo. Caminar o (corto) en coche a restaurantes, parques y entretenimiento, pero asegúrese de que está de vuelta de las espectaculares puestas de sol! La casa de pueblo está equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo garaje y lavandería. Es una de las dos casas adosadas en el edificio.

    La unidad es amigable para los perros y los niños son bienvenidos. Hay una tarifa por mascota de $ 100 y tendré que saber el número, tamaño y raza de los perros. The property was excellent. The house was in tip top shape. There was plenty of space for all of us. We had everything we needed for our week of relaxation. The location was awesome. The view was spectacular. The host for the property was the absolute best. She went above and beyond for us. Everything met my entire family’s needs. We will definitely be returning in the future. We found our place for sure!!!

Great property located right on the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and there were chairs and toys for the beach. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get ahold of. The town is nice and the house is away from a lot of the chaos of the public beaches.

Very welcoming cozy space. Can't beat the view. Place was interesting and met all our needs. Would love to stay here again. Host was vey communicative and kind.

Unbelievable views and access to the beach! Truly steps to the beach, the pictures say it all. Comfortable house, very functional kitchen, lots of back streets to walk the dog, There is a circular staircase that might not be for everyone, but for us it was fine, and it is all spelled out in the rental documents. Attentive host, had no issues to deal with but host checked in to be sure all was going well. Parking was no problem, we had three cars there one day when kids were visiting. I generally try to find stand alone houses since we have a dog, but noise was not a problem with the adjoining house. We would stay again!

Thank you so very much for opening up your amazing home to my family and dogs for my 50th bday!! It was a memory I’ll never forget , The house felt magical with a quintessential surf shack vibe ,cedar walls, winding stair case, and breathtaking views!! Watching the sunrise through the kitchen window and the ever changing sunsets on the back deck..well, I was in heaven . Ample parking, playground/ Publix that my daughter loved walking to, my son loved the pool table, all beds were so comfy, and I worked on one of your many puzzles and books. I felt so at home and cozy, and hope to be back one day. Thank you again

The house was perfect, had everything we needed. When it was described as directly on the beach, believe it! Steps to beach, beautiful views. Hosts were very prompt in response and fix to a minor problem! The spiral staircase to the King room was a challenge for my husband, but we managed. Thank you Phil and Lisa!

Another Great stay second year staying here even after the storm damage the house was in great shape!! The water was great, very comfortable beds, and the owner is very quick to respond to emails if you have any questions!

Wonderful

Beautiful home right on the ocean; exactly as described. Was in a great area and my family and I enjoyed everyday of the 2 weeks we were there. Would not hesitate to stay there should we return to Treasure Island.

Family Spring Break

We always go to CA for the beaches (since we live in NV) but lately we have tried out beaches on the east coast, and this one certainly did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location and literally just steps to the beach, we can't say enough good things, we will DEFINTELY be back!

Birthday Get Together

The property was very nice. There is still lots of damage to surrounding houses etc. from the hurricanes, but ours was in good shape.Location is outstanding and the owner, Phil, was available if we needed anything. Will definitely book again!
