A few steps from the cul de sac you will find the beautiful waterfront of Edgewater Drive. 10 minutes from the beaches. Centrally located between downtown Dunedin and downtown Clearwater. Walk or bike to countless restaurants and pubs. Completely renovated in 2020. All beds are outfitted with hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers, and luxury linens. A Delightful Stay

Our month-long stay was delightful! The house was very clean and well stocked with just about everything we could need for an extended stay. The beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable which is very important for us. The owner was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. She even had a bottle of organic wine waiting for us when we arrived. Love the extra special hospitality! The house was conveniently located within walking distance of the adorable downtown Dunedin including shops, restaurants, and entertainment. With less than a 15-minute drive to Clearwater Beach, we could not have asked for a better location! We highly recommend booking this home for your next VRBO rental!

Great Space and Location

This was a beautiful clean, well-appointed rental, well-located for a walk to the Pinellas Trail, into downtown Dunedin, the TD Ballpark and Clearwater. My main complaint is that there is no barbecue or outdoor cooking facilities, which was a big disappointment. Also, the yard could be a little more well-equipped to allow for outdoor eating and more comfortable hanging out outdoors.

Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the edge water park and Dunedin. Short drive to beaches, shopping and the aquarium. Enjoyed watching the neighborhood bunnies visiting the front yards. 😁

Great location, wonderful accommodation!

The house was perfect for the three of us to share for a week, the location was great as we were close to downtown Dunedin, but it was a short drive everywhere else! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable!

Very clean, pleasant house very conveniently located to Dunedin and Clearwater. Three spacious, well-decorated bedrooms. Large, well-equipped kitchen. The living room and dining room table tight for more than four adults. We couldn't find a way to get to the biking/hiking trail without going to one of the adjacent roads (about 1/2 mile). No big deal with bikes. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Location strongest point.

Birthday trip

I found this property after another host canceled last minute. When I say this was heaven sent!!! This was so much better and everything worked out. The house is very clean, has beach essentials If needed and the location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach. The back yard was great to sit back and relax in a quite neighborhood.

Perfection- First Time VRBO

This property was perfect for my two adult children and I. We all had our own space and were not on top of each other, or waiting to use a bathroom. The house is in a great location and the sunset view at the end of the street, beautiful. The beds are all very comfy and decorated so nice. We were fighting over them. The back yard was perfect for late night dinners under the lights. The host also told us about a beach away from the very crowded Clearwater Beach, easy to get to and perfect, not crowded at all. I highly recommend this house and host. There is a good reason why they are rated so high!

Perfect for family of 4 with young adults

The property is beautiful just as advertised. It is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the water and a nice walking town Dunedin, with great food. The property is well decorated with unique art pieces. It is nicely updated and very clean. The property owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay in a quiet residential area. Inside of home is decorated with artsy flare, nice furnishings, very clean, new comfortable beds. Walked to trolley & Edgewater park about .4 mile, sunsets were beautiful and enjoyed Dunedin. Home had everything we needed for a great stay. Host was responsive and helpful and we would recommend this rental. Hope to be back soon.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island and the neat town of Dunedin. We enjoyed walks along Edgewater Drive Park as well the Pinellas Trail. We appreciated the very clean, comfortable and updated property. Mettayya is an attentive and gracious hostess. I highly recommend this property!

Very pleasant stay

This was a wonderful find for us. The manager was very accommodating for our special needs. The home was just as pictured. We chose this home as it is just a block from the bike trail. The bonus was the sunset park at the bottom of the street and a nice place to walk along the water’s edge. We enjoyed the little old Florida town of Dunedin and we weren’t far from many attractions. The next door neighbor was very nice and friendly and offered any assistance if needed. We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the comfortable evenings.

Staycation

We had such a wonderful stay! We set up the fire in the backyard a few of the nights and even played chess. The home was absolutely beautiful I couldn’t stop saying how I wanted to live there. It’s very close to the water we walked to see the sunset almost every night! Not to mention how she really gave us anything and everything we could use in the home! We even woke up early just to lay in the sheets as the host really provided such a wonderful experience overall. The host is absolutely fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Updated House!!!

It was a dream to stay in this updated mid-century modern house. The host left a detailed information sheet, it was very clear. Linens and beds are upscale and extremely comfortable!! The backyard is a dream vacation oasis with new patio furniture, a large concrete chess board, and a fire pit!! This house is situated right between Clearwater Beach and quaint downtown Dunedin. There are so many restaurants in this area, it's hard to decide what to eat! :) A short walk to the Pinellas Trail and the oceanfront of Edgewater Drive are perfect for early morning/sunset strolls!! The host was most gracious and communicated extremely well!! I will stay in this house in the future when I am back in the area, well recommended!!
