Absolutely incredible water views as far as the eye can see, take in colorful skies at sunset and look all the way to downtown St Pete in the distance. This top floor condo is not only beautifully decorated and equipped, you have the best of all worlds w/ beach access directly across the street, a block from John's Pass and a wonderful balcony to overlook the winding Intracoastal waterways. We provide beach equipment for your stay and a stocked kitchen, making your beach vacation a breeze!
We are located on the top floor of this condo building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. We have electronic locks for your convenience throughout your stay. Upon entering the condo, you will see the balcony across the main space, wth the water views. The kitchen is part of the main space and has the essentials needed to cook meals at the condo, with seating for 6 in the dining space. The guest bath and small bedroom are located down a hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom includes a bunk with queen bed on bottom and twin on top (twin is intended for children, not full grown adults, weight limit of 100 lbs) In the hall is a closet with washer and dryer as well. The main bedroom is located off the living room and boasts a king bed and AMAZING views, with bath attached!
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 24 or older.
- We only accept dog(s) for pets (2 maximum) and there is a pet fee. Please message us about your dog(s) for approval. Once approved we ask that you list the pet in the booking. Your dog(s) must be well behaved, no excessive barkers and house broken. Any damage caused by your pet will be assessed and charged accordingly.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
