Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space

Sol & Luna Vacation II is a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and enjoy your some time out on an wonderful vacation get away, .
Property is approximatle 495 Sqf.
Sol & Luna II is an attached cozy efficiency studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance and capacity for one, two or three guests. Guests in the studio are able to use the pool, patio, laundry area which is shared with the guests of the main house (6 guests) (The laundry room is on one side of the house, and it’s shared. Please feel free to use it from 7am to 10 pm).

Inside the studio you can see an open area with a small bedroom (Queen bed and closeT, a twin inflatable bed). Small and charming living room area , with a sofa couch which can also be used as a bed( by the way its very comfortable) a small kicken with a three burner stove. ( no oven) ,2 chair dinner table, and a small diswasher. We provide some starter items such as ,cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar). We don’t have TV cable, we provide Netflix.  

Sol & Luna II is located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, top rated beach in the country. 15 mins from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, an many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property.

The owner is available through text messages. Will get back to you between 1-2 hours or sooner if it's possible. Calling if it’s an emergency is always an option , and its a pleasure to help.

Excellent

Great location! Excellent communication with the owner! Perfect for a couple and a small child. The pool and backyard area is beautiful and well kept . The property is clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place!

I stayed here with my dad to watch some Phillies spring training baseball, and this was great! There’s not much around, but I picked it because it’s close to the ballpark and central to other areas (e.g., Dunedin, St. Pete). It was a little hard to figure out which door to use, but once I was all checked in, it was lovely. The couch is VERY comfortable when made up like a bed. It’s also a nice place to go for a morning run! Would recommend.

Good but not great

Property was updated and clean but on a very busy road so not particularly relaxing or quiet. Had trouble locating property-no directions were given. Missing common things found in rentals like hand soap, dishwasher soap-also the towel rack in the bathroom was broken.

Very unprofessional host

Some friends and I got this VRBO property in August 2024, was canceled due to a tornado that went through. We rescheduled it for February 2-2-25. From December 2024 we tried contracting the host numerous times with no reply, I finally contacted VRBO and they told me she was not responding to them as well. So I asked for a refund through Vrbo and they said after numerous times her not contacting then she finally replied she canceled the stay and would refund our money. So we never went and she still has not refunded our money. Very unprofessional and will not contact you once you use your credit card.

Softball Tournament Visit

Arriving late night was challenging because house number was not visible on street mailbox. I meet the host on day 3, she reimbursed me for lightbulbs and replaced a broken toaster. The morning traffic noise was not something I expected,

Lovely, small apartment

The property was wonderful and perfect for one or two people, although it was very hard to spot exact location at night. It was not easy to contact the property manager. I didn't have property information until the day I checked in.

Well that was truly incredible. Marvelous place with an awesome host that guides from booking to checking out. She was very patient, good location for Uber and safe parking, pool looks really good and yea, i would recommend everyone to book a stay there, definitely worth the price.
