Frenchy's Cottage 490 in Clearwater Beach

Our East Shore Cottage No. 490 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The main living room features a Soda bed.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. Centrally located for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There were a few things that needed fixed, but management was right on it and fixed them quickly. We would happily stay here again.

Family and Friends Trip

House was as described in listing. We had 2 adults, 4 teens and had plenty of space. Great location was super convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. Even for a holiday week the beach area wasn’t super crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

There was insulation all over the floor when we walked in. Communication with the owners was difficult and they consistently reverted to texting me when I asked for communication through the app. This unfortunately caused communication issues regarding checkout time, and they still charged me a late fee.On the whole, below average location with below average communication with the property owners. You can find better options all around.

Great stay and location

Had a great stay at Frenchy’s Cottages. The place was very comfortable and easy walk to almost everything…beach, morning coffee, restaurants, and shops. Was quiet at night. Highly recommended.

We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again

Family Spring Break Trip

I can't say enough good things about the property and the property manager. The house was absolutely fantastic and was just as described. It is in the perfect location. From the day before the trip and all the way through, communication from the property manager was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Clearwater Beach.

Great Location

All in all this was a great place to stay - perfect location, updated furnishings, quiet neighborhood, and had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porches, the closeness to the beach and restaurants, and ease of check in and out. The only negatives I have about the place were that the air conditioners are old and very loud (we even had to turn one off as it was too loud when trying to sleep but then the heat was unbearable) and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If you don't mind the negatives, I would recommend staying here!
