The dining area comfortably seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying meals together, while the kitchen counter offers additional seating for four more.



Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain with ease from your morning coffee to your favorite vacation recipes.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
