Welcome to Beach House on the Sand in a fantastic location on St. Pete Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home is only 50 yards to the beach with no main roads to cross. Entering into the living room guests will notice the classic Florida wood vaulted ceilings throughout the majority of the home. There is a large flat screen Smart TV in both living areas! A fully equipped kitchen has plenty counter space for your cooking pleasure. There is a dining room that connects the family room and kitchen. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a king bed and lots of natural light. The second bedroom that is also upstairs offers a queen bed and has access to the balcony. Back downstairs is the third bedroom featuring a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Unwind in the backyard that is perfect for entertaining with a large deck, lush greenery, and propane grill. The peaceful setting will make you feel as though you have escaped the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Florida living at its finest. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer, enough parking for 4 vehicles, outdoor shower, and several beach items. Come make lasting memories at Beach House on the Sand.

It was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach especially silly with infant twins

Overall is was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach and the two living spaces. It was so close to the beach we could pop down last minute for the sunsets. We wish there was more towels provided and/or beach towels.

I loved this hidden gem. The location was perfect. Next to Crabby Bills, restaurants, shops, Publix, bars, family fun too. I loved the break up of this home. 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone their privacy to work and relax when needed. The kitchen table was enough room for all of us to come together and hang out and play games. The beach is a very short walk away and it is just perfect! Crabby Bills is always our favorite for peel and eat shrimp and drinks and to be in walking distance well that is again perfect. I am not sure that I have used VRBO but they do not share anything until check in time. So don't worry like I did and just wait till check in time. I will always have an issue with a check in at 4 and having to leave by 10am. I feel it should be at least noon every time. But hey, I dealt with it, but still do not like it. Beautiful gem of a property and I am thankful they shared their place for us to have such great family memories. Thank you.
