    Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.



    Enjoy spectacular water views on your expansive balcony at this Gulf getaway. You’ll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you’re 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.



    Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.



    Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



    During your stay, you may notice the following:

    • Some construction noise may be heard during daytime hours.

    • Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies

    • Active work zones visible in some common areas

    • Potential for minor debris related to construction activities

    • (Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and nice. We flew in so I was a little concerned about beach towels and beach items but it had it all. Plenty of beach towels, 4 chairs and an umbrella.

Beach Anniversary

We stayed 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The pictures dont do it justice and we were pleasantly suprised how nice the condo actually was! Lots of kitchen utilities to use for whatever your needs and just an all around great experience. Also a public access right across the street for the beach!across

Seaside paradise!

The property was exactly as advertised. Well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Location was perfect, just steps from beach access. A nice quiet area and within walking distance to dining and entertainment. Will be back to Indian Shores in the future!

Ideal location - very clean

This property was larger than we anticipated from photos. It was very clean, the kitchen had all of our needs, there were plenty of towels, beach towels and even beach chairs. View was lovely. We fished off the dock in the evenings. It was a wonderful experience!

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. There are some minor issues with the condominium unit. We discovered an electrical problem in the unit, though with construction occurring, we were unsure whether this was linked with that. The property manager assisted with mitigating the problem as best as possible, however. Overall, a great stay, with an incredibly beautiful location!
