Adorable Studio with Gulf Views and Easy Access to the Beach!

  • Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.

    A touch of New Orleans at the Gulf of Mexico! The Royal Orleans is a quaint, comfortable condo complex across the street from the white sands of the Gulf. The Royal Orleans has a year-round heated pool, free WiFi, on site coin laundry and is just steps away from public beach access! Recent updated for 2021, new A/C , updated kitchen with more storage and a new bigger refrigerator with separate freezer compartment New Floors in 2022

    Unit 213 is decorated in a fun, beachy theme with all the comforts of home! After a fun day at the beach, grab a drink, sit on the deck and enjoy views of the sun setting over the Gulf!

    This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for a bed, desk, flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all with distance to the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels. With the layout as a T configuration, you will still be in the midst of the action without feeling too confined.

Very nice accommodations! The pictures of the outside were a bit dated (the difference was explained in the listing), but not a big enough difference to deter us from staying there again.The check in process was easy and the host was very accessible when questions arose. Proximity to the beach was very close and was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay and was just a 1-2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Was nice also to have the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to use. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Hope to be back again next year.

Loved the location to the beach. Excellent communication from the owner. Appreciated the fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. There were even books to read in case you forget yours. Would rent from again.

Our stay was exactly as promised! When we had a concern, it was immediately attended to by the owner. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and his focus on making sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The view of the golf from our balcony was a beautiful sight to see each day and the short walk to the beach was something we enjoyed each morning. The little things that were included in the apartment such as the beach chairs, the cooler and umbrella for the beach came in handy since we flew. We would stay here again if we’re ever back down in the area in the future!
