The Space:

Soft light filters through the open‑plan villa as you drift from the airy living room toward the private pool, inviting you to linger wherever the day takes you. The gentle hum of the ceiling fans and the scent of fresh water blend with the distant rustle of palm trees, creating a calm backdrop for slow mornings or lively evenings. Whether you gather around the game table, splash in the pool, or step onto the putting green, the space feels designed for togetherness and easy transition between indoor comfort and outdoor play.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms accommodate up to nine guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, offers 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes 1 Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides 1 King Bed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for a refreshing start or wind‑down.



Indoor living

The spacious living area opens to a dedicated game room where a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade machines promise hours of fun. A flat‑screen TV and a quiet workspace give you options for relaxation or productivity. Air‑conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjoining indoor‑outdoor dining space lets you enjoy breakfast in the sun or dinner under the stars, while the flow between kitchen and living room keeps conversation alive.

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable lounge furniture and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
