Welcome to Bikini Beachhouse by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired pool home is just a two-minute stroll from the beach, with some views of the water. Situated on Indian Rocks Beach, this property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's divided into two living areas and two kitchens—ideal for large families. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The master bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stylish, modern bathrooms. Middle rooms have full-over-queen bunks, and the third bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms include smart TVs, and each living room features a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

- the home does sleep up to 16, but it is a max of 12 adults.

Need to know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests, but we do not guarantee what will be there. We will always supply a wagon
-If the booking person is between ages 18-25, we will request a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera on the north east corner facing the driveway, another is on the south west corner facing the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Bikini beachhouse was perfect for our family-10 adults and 6 kids. We loved the pool and all the pool/beach toys that were available—and we loved how close the beach was—easy walk! Also having 2 full kitchens was awesome!! So many little extra details were provided and appreciated!! Couches needed some cleaning-but to be expected at a beachhouse. Overall we had a great time and hope to be back in the near future!

This is the perfect place for our large family vacation! Excellent and clean amenities, it includes just about everything you need for cooking/cleaning/living for the stay. Owners were easy to communicate with and they made our stay so stress free. 10/10!

Great spot for a wonderful family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. With two units, everyone had plenty of space. Having two kitchens was wonderful, too! Pool is fantastic and the beach is so close. Sunsets in Indian Rocks were amazing! We had a great time and loved Bikini Beach House!

Perfect week!!

Our stay at Bikini Beachhouse was nothing short of perfect. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better! It was a block from the beach, and a short walk to so many restaurants, bars, and playgrounds. We loved walking to the nearby nature preserve. We spent most of our time at the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature. They supplied all of the amenities we needed for our toddler. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

Family Spring Break

We spent our Spring Break at the Bikini Beach House & it was an amazing week having fun in the sun. The house, pool & space was everything we needed with such a large group. The location is amazing with walking access to the beach and many restaurants. We will be back!

Spring vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us all and the place was very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Very close to the beach and to restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend this place for large groups.

Great location and helpful management

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion at the Bikini Beachhouse with 14 adults and two children. The house was spotless. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard pool and gorgeous Indian Rocks Beach conveniently located an easy walk directly across the street. Our host, Alan, responded promptly to all of our requests and questions prior to our arrival and he asked that we contact him during our stay should we encounter any problems so that he could immediately resolve them. We had none. Great house. Great host. Great location.

Beach getaway!

Super short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The house set up was great for our group of older teens and adults to each have our own space. Having a refrigerator on each floor and by the pool was so useful! The pool was refreshing and a great place to hang out.

Amazing location, beautiful property

We had a group of 8, with 4 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 2-5. The property was the perfect fit for us. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, the beach was right across the street, and the pool was beautiful. Alan was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this house and the Indian Rocks Beach area to any families looking for a vacation spot.

INCREDIBLE VACATION HOME

This house was an absolute dream! We came here for my bachelorette party and comfortably fit all 14 of us. The location is wonderful, the beach is right across the street and there are so many local spots within walking distance. We loved lounging in the pool after a long day having fun in the sun. Alan was so responsive and tended to our every request. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a large group looking for a fun and relaxing beach trip!

Bachelorette trip

The bride wanted a “chill trip to the beach” with her bridesmaids. I l, as her mother, went as the house-mom ( upon request of the bride. This property was perfect. I loved it so much, I’m considering organizing an extended family vacation. The pictures in the VRBO site did not do it justice. There are two levels of complete living space. Each level with a masters sweet with beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom and two other bedrooms that share another bathroom large enough for multiple girls to get ready at the same time (if you know, you know). The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. The closets large enough to store luggage and hang clothes. The living rooms were comfortable and lounge able for a large family. Gas logs in upper level and large TV both. The kitchens, both with full sized appliances, were equipped well. Cookware, serve-ware and utensils enough for a large family. The pool area had multiple lounging chairs for sunbathing as well as Adirondack chairs around the fire pit area. There were three picnic tables for eating outdoors while grilling ( gas grill included) or if you’re like my family playing games. The pool was lovely with a waterfall. It is larger than it appeared to me in photos, with stairs access in both the shallow and deep end. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the smaller details that were included. Nice beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon with which to transport them to the beach. We loved it and will return.
