"We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly."

"We loved the units. They were spotless, had comfortable beds, interesting artifacts and lots of books. The kitchen seemed well supplied but we did not really use them as eating out is close by and excellent. Easy walking distance to the Avon and Studio Theaters, even for us octogenarians. However, lots of stairs if that is a consideration. Brendan is a fine communicator which we greatly appreciated. Rebecca"

"The place was ok, not a whole/entire house as advertised. Check in was a little confusing too. The place could do with some small but significant upgrades like a dishwashwer, proper cutting board (wood preferably), and some cooking oil/spray along with some other basic home essentials. Overall the stay was fine. Also, heating is controlled through the main house, so need to message the host to get it turned up/down, which was annoying. "

"The apartment was very nice. It is on the third floor of an older building that has had a very recent renovation. Everything was very modern and clean. The wifi worked well but I actually got better speed with 5G cellular. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything needed to cook meals. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again."
