"we could not have had a better stay for our trip to st. mary's and our visit to the Immaculate! darling spacious loft with historical charm! "We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!"

"The property looked beautiful in photos and is in a great neighborhood. When we arrived, it appeared as advertised—but issues quickly came up.The upstairs AC wasn’t working, and temps stayed around 78–80 degrees, making it hard to sleep. I contacted the host, but responses took 12–24 hours and the issue was never resolved during our stay. A technician was eventually sent, but the problem persisted. The freezer also stopped working, and we didn’t get a response until checkout.Smaller issues added...

"This Beautiful Home was perfect for our large family. It was stocked with pantry goods that I have always had to provide myself which made it very nice. We had enough space for all of the children and they absolutely loved it. We're ALL still talking about it! We had several inches of beautiful snow which brought back sweet memories of growing up in Topeka. We hope to return again...SOON !!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s the second visit we’ve made and love it more each time. A very homey, cozy feel to the place. The house is quite clean, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10 for us!"
