"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"This inn is a 10 out of 10. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to a suite which was incredibly clean and gorgeous. The breakfast is made to order with fresh fruit omelets pancakes. Whatever you think, they'll give you a list and you check off what you want the night before and they'll have it ready for you in the morning and we had it delivered to our room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Excellent place"

"The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise."

"The building itself is architecturally grand however, this comes at the cost of comfort. The air conditioning is atrocious. The elevators are scary. The carpeting, fixtures are antiquated to say the least. No updated outlets or electronic charging amenities. No available room service, no non-paid parking or continental breakfast available. If your a historic architecture fan, it's a must see but definitely NOT a comfortable stay. Hot, old, musty. Needs updated desperately or drastic room price...

"The parking lot was gated and it felt safe. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and and the cook was really good and got all our entrees correct, including a big smile, good morning and delivering the entree to the table. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks and keep up the good work. "

"This hotel is conveniently located to the baseball park and the staff were friendly. The parking is not marked well for where to go to park and after prepaying for parking in advance the garage did not recognize that it was paid in advance since it is separate from the hotel and additional assistance and grief was required when I wanted to leave. The room however was dirty with wrappers and nail clippings on the floor from previous guests and mold in the sink."

"How could expedia sell this property as 4 stars?!! The room didn’t have a safe box (in Baltimore!) room did not have water or anything else - an empty fridge. Expedia description misled us! Also, I filtered for hotels with parking- there was no parking either."

"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude."
