"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! "The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "

"Andrea and Marie were wonderful. Marie did our laundry for us and she was very kind and helpful. Andrea cooked a lovely breakfast for us. He is wonderful and very friendly."

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"Clean room, a little dated tho. To cool down, just open the window for that cool morning air. It's at the end of waterbus line, but its just next door to Piazza di San Marcos and plenty of shops n restaurants. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bella. Staff was super friendly and brought me dessert and wine for my bday. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel was close to everything. The only negative was the bathroom. The handheld shower head wouldn't stay in the holder and I should have said something earlier because they fixed it as soon as I mentioned something. "
