This spacious historic home sleeps up to eight guests.

- The adjoining bedroom can only be reached by walking through the primary bedroom

- Kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking supplies

- Complimentary coffee

- Spacious common areas

- Central heating and air conditioning

- All main living areas are on one level


Bathrooms and laundry:

- Main-floor bathroom with a bathtub

- Second bathroom in the basement with a small, narrow standing shower

- Laundry area located in the basement

- The rest of the basement is used for storage and is not available to guests


Outdoor spaces and entry:

- About 10 exterior steps leading to the entrance

- Front porch with chairs

- Large private backyard

- Backyard fully enclosed with a wire fence

Guests have private use of the home, front porch, driveway, and fenced backyard. No spaces are shared with other guests or residents.

Entry:

- Self check-in using physical keys stored in a lockbox

- Separate keys are provided for the front and back doors

- Guests may use either entrance

- About 10 exterior steps lead to the main entrance


Basement access:

- Guests may use the basement bathroom and laundry area

- The basement is reached by going down about eight steps

- The storage area is not available to guests

- A lockable door in the kitchen separates the main home from the basement

- The basement also has a separate exterior entrance

- On rare occasions, the host may ask for permission to enter the basement through its separate exterior entrance to retrieve a stored item

- The host will not enter during a stay without the guest’s permission, except in an emergency

Parking:

- Guests may use the driveway, which fits up to two cars

- The driveway is narrow, so street parking may be easier

- Street parking is free and does not require a permit

Check-in is completely self-service, and the hosts do not live on the property. We respect our guests’ privacy but are available if help is needed.

* About 10 exterior steps are required to enter the home.

* The smaller adjoining bedroom can only be reached by walking through the primary bedroom.

* The second bathroom and laundry area are downstairs in the basement. The standing shower in this bathroom is small and narrow.

* The rest of the basement is used for storage and is not available to guests.

* On rare occasions, the host may ask for permission to access basement storage through a separate exterior entrance. The host will not enter without the guest’s permission, except in an emergency.

* The driveway fits up to two cars but is narrow. Free street parking directly in front of the home is usually the easier option.

* Two exterior security cameras monitor the entrances—one at the front door and one at the back door. There are no cameras inside the home.
