It's easy to entertain with the kitchen wide open to the living room; The second family room downstairs with a large table for dining or card games, or spend the evening out under the covered, screened in patio with the grill fired up and the game on outside! Use of the garage and space for 3 additional vehicles on the driveway. Come see for yourself!

We had group of 8 adults and had issue with not having enough sheets and blankets for all people in the group. Contacted owner about issue right away and 10 days later I am still waiting to hear from them. I had to book additional hotel room and requested refund but still no call or message back to me. What's even more frustatrated is that thruout my stay I was getting computer generated messages asking how was my stay and if there was anything I needed. First one of those messages came 16hrs after my initial message. At first I thought I was getting pranked but after few of these I realized it was automatic message sent at specific times. Abbsolutly ridiculious. I wonder how does this place has exeptional rating.

We enjoyed our stay in St Charles. We did have trouble gathering at the house. There were six of us and we weren’t able to all sit and visit comfortably in one spot. The screened in porch needed sprucing up and the gas grill was not working. We needed more paper towels and toilet paper. There was also a need for a bath mat. The house has potential.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We had two boys 2 years old and there was plenty of room for them to play. The house was only a 15 minute drive to the airport which made it very easy to pick up family coming in for a wedding.

Cute and comfy

Such a cute and comfy home. We came for a college graduation. Eight family members stayed here comfortably. Great open kitchen that we could all be in at the same time. Good parking on driveway and street. I would stay here again.

Family Thanksgiving

This is a charming home, nice amenities, and responsive hosts. Its location was perfect for spending time with family in the wider metro area. A bonus was that we were able to bring our dog. Only concern was that dining was high top seating that wasn’t ideal for all family members but workable. Look forward to a future visit and an opportunity to enjoy the outdoor room and yard.

Slept 8 very comfortably, the house was clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for a whole week. 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis made getting to attractions very easy. Fenced yard and screened porch were an added bonus!

Girls get away

There was 7 of us on our girls trip. Can’t say enough good things about this house. It was clean, charming, and oh so cozy. We had a wonderful time & the host was very prompt in answering any & all our questions. Love this place & would definitely stay here again. We all recommend it highly!

Great house and hosts!

The house is as pictured, clean and comfortable. The basement is absolutely adorable and spacious! The steps leading to it are a little steep and could be difficult for an older pet or someone with mobility issues, but that did not pose an issue to our group. The host was quick to answer questions and the house is well stocked of all essentials. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

A group of us came in for a three-day conference. This property was perfect for the five of us. The owners explained everything well and we had everything we needed. The downstairs area is a great space. We are already planning to book this home next year!

Central location and updated nice interior with nice screened in porch!

We rented this home for Easter vacation with the family, and it was a perfect place to host! The screened in porch made it absolutely fabulous and the big backyard that was fenced in and plenty of places for kids to play. It is in a very central location, less than a mile from everything you will need, and it is quiet And well maintained. All modernized updated interior and fully equipped.

Don’t stay unless you want to manage this property for the host!

Starting the day of our check in and throughout our visit, every message from the host had been preprogrammed. They were the basic messages of rules of the house, welcoming, and reminders of clean up. These messages weren’t bad in themselves. The issue was that we were having problems and asking for assistance and simply got in return, “I hope you are settling in. Let me know if you need anything.” The day we checked in, there was a snowstorm. We had to shovel the slopped driveway and sidewalk so we could get in without falling. The smoke alarm was beeping, so we had to go out and get a battery. More beeping woke us up at 4 a.m. It took a while to find a carbon monoxide detector that also needed a new battery. IF the host had been responsive, or had bothered to maintain the property, this stay would have been fine. We still have not heard from the host in response to the issues we had. The last message we received was, “I hope you enjoyed your stay. Please leave a review.” I couldn’t be happier to leave a review. Oh, one other thing, don’t expect the place to be big enough for 10 people. There may be beds, but that many people would be on top of each other when they weren’t sleeping.

Family Visit for Lindenwood Student

The house looks small from the outside but is spacious and full of character on the inside. Super close to LU and all amenities. We stayed with elderly family and the bedrooms on the main floor worked perfectly. The basement and screened in porch were great options for additional spaces. Would stay here again!

Clean, cozy, and fun.

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, and overall amazing communication from hosts. Kitchen was our favorite place to be. There was a small rain flooding that only affected the basement carpet in the bedroom, and I would suggest to put a curtain in the bathroom overlooking the backyard, but other than that was an amazing stay. Vrbo was next to all of our favorite spots and gave us a lot of things to do.

Tiny bathrooms

Everything was wonderful, but the shower downstairs is absolutely TINY! My 6’4” son couldn’t even fit in it. 😬 We made it work, but just beware. Also, the stairs going to the basement are steep, so if you have children (or pets…my dog had a hard time with the stairs) be very mindful of that as well. Other than that, it’s a cute little house that worked perfectly for what we needed. Great location as well!!

Great experience!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Everything was very clean. We had everything we needed. There were ample dishes and cookware. We even entertained some guests for Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to cook and serve. The layout of the house worked very nicely for my large family and the outdoor space was a huge plus. The bed that we slept in downstairs was AMAZING. Check in and out were very easy and the owners were very communicative. If you're on the fence and need a place near St. Charles- Do it!!
