Welcome to The Graffiti House managed by Blair’s House - Sleeps 8

New HOT TUB, with huge backyard that backs up to tree line and creek.

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch home located in Bellerive/Creve Couer, MO; fully stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms.

Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Hang out in the graffiti game room in the walk out lower level, with an old-school free play arcade game w/ 60 games, ping pong, poker, foseball, or air hockey while watching TV.

The Space:
On the main floor, is the kitchen, dining room, living room near the front and hearth room with pull out couch and gas fireplace, all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms.

The walk out lower level “our graffiti game room” you will find the an awesome free play vintage arcade game with all your favorites from the 80’s. Galaga, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, you name it! We also have a monster smart tv, poker table with chip set and cards. Ping pong table, foseball and air hockey. Plus you will find a washer and dryer for your use.

Each bedroom has private closet, smart tv, bedside lamps with USB ports for charging smart devices, box fan, luggage rack and hangers.

Very spacious back yard with a creek at the end.

House comes equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, smoke, detectors throughout, and a carbon monoxide detector in the lower level near the furnace area.

The one car garage is available for your convenience.

The property is also semi handicap accessible. With one concrete ramp on the front porch near the driveway and lowered switches throughout the property.

Hot tub is located outside on the basement patio. It is also open year round, please enjoy!

Guest Access:
All guests will have access to the entire property.

We are in a neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties of any kind, we are closely monitored by the city for a loud noise and excessive traffic. Please use the garage and the driveway for parking.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind, that includes vaping inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Blair and Matt work extremely hard to make sure you have a FIVE-star experience at all of our properties. If there is ever anything you need during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask.

We are available from 8am - 9pm via messenger.

Wash U Law Graduation Weekend

We had the most wonderful time together with family at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and was just minutes from shopping and restaurants. The house is spacious and very comfortable, with comfortable beds and lots of extra towels. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay when visiting the St. Louis area!

Comfortable home in quiet residential neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in this ranch style modern home while visiting family in St. Louis and Creve Coeur. The home had every amenity that we could have hoped for, even a hot tub (which is bright and clean and in excellent working order)! The home was immaculately clean. Plush towels and bed linens were also supplied, making our trip planning easy. The owners were easily available on line to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay here again next time we’re in town. The home is centrally located, close to lots of shops, churches, restaurants, etc. in Creve Coeur. We felt totally at home here.

Perfect Family Vacation Stay

Five of us stayed at Blair's Graffiti House to visit my 93 year old mother who lives in Chesterfield, MO. We had a 3 3/4 year old and a 14 month old with us. This home was PERFECT for families. The kids loved all the toys upstairs - mega blocks, magna tiles, and Jenga. We had fun downstairs too but this crew was a bit young. I was stunned by how well stocked this home was and how large and comfortable it is. We visited Magic House one morning and spent a beautiful Sunday at Faust Park and Longview Park. My mother has already told her friends about this home - there are very few choices in this part of Chesterfield and it was wonderful to be so close to her. Blair's Graffiti house is one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at - it met all of our needs.

Perfect house for our family!

We needed a place for our extended family while in town for a celebration. The location was great - in a nice neighborhood where you can go for a nice walk. The house has all the conveniences - I was able to bake and there was a mixer, etc. There are games and also toys for the little ones. There’s a big, flat backyard and some balls to kick around. We had a small plumbing issue but Matt personally addressed it quickly. I would definitely stay at Blair’s Graffiti house again!

Family vacation

My family of 7 took an extended weekend vacation. It was my husband and I and our 5 adult children between 20yrs-26yrs. The house was perfect. It was very clean. There was plenty of room. The game room was great. We were skiing at Hidden Valley resort so the hot tub was great at the end of the day. We will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Wedding Weekend

The house was perfect for a family wedding weekend in St. Louis. It was very clean and well appointed and nicely decorated. I stayed there with my two adult children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is up to date with several different types of coffee makers and there is a very nice gas grill on the back patio. Lots of TV’s (almost one in every room). Also little niceties that made it feel more like a home instead of rental. Two whole shelves of board games, plus a ping-pong table and Foos-ball table in the basement. Most importantly to me was it was in a very, very safe neighborhood. I grew up in St. Louis, so I am well aware of some areas that aren’t safe. Not this home. Also very close to shopping and grocery stores. I will definitely look to stay at this VRBO the next time I am visiting St. Louis for a extended period of time.

Nice stay

The house was comfortable and has a fun game room downstairs. Everything was thought of including the necessary high chair, bed, and bonus of large Legos for our little one. The location was great for us (near family) but was a good location overall with everything close by or easy to get to. Emails were quickly answered and it was an overall positive rental experience.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this house. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy, and the kids had a great time playing air hockey and Donkey Kong in the basement. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Creve Coeur.

Book it!

This is a lovely, well kept property. Our 3-generational family of 6 stayed here for the weekend of July 4. The property is exactly as described and pictured--clean, well kept, pristine. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and almost every pan you can think of, including a griddle and waffle iron. The location is good, even if you plan to go into the city every day. It's close to 270 and 40 and you can get nearly everywhere in 15-20 minutes. Best of all, though, were the hosts. They were in constant contact and very helpful. They responded to any and all inquiries almost immediately. We'd stay here again without hesitation.

Items Needs Attention

Overall condition of property was acceptably clean and tidy with the following issues: air conditioner was incredibly loud, microwave worked but made a distressingly loud noise during operation. Brick stairs from back patio, many were loose and a definite fall hazard. Several smoke detectors were detached from the ceiling. Mattresses in all 3 bedrooms were exceedingly squishy.
