Cute Historic 4 Bedroom Home located in Downtown St. Charles, Missouri. Fully stocked home from the kitchen to the bedrooms, ensures a cozy stay every day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

The Neighborhood:
Founded in 1769 as Les Petites Cotes ("The Little Hills") by French Canadian fur trader Louis Blanchette. The Spanish government controlled the Mississippi Valley between 1762-1800, and for a dozen years "The Little Hills" became "San Carlos Borromeo." In 1804, on the banks of the mighty Missouri River, Lewis and Clark met here to begin their westward expedition. Shortly thereafter, the city became known as "Saint Charles."

So happy to find a wonderful house big enough for my family to have Christmas together. All the modern conveniences in a historic property. Booked for size and location. Really enjoyed being able to walk to historic district. Off street parking a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blair’s place. The house was in a great location - less than a 10 minute walk from great restaurants, coffee shops and the Katy trail. The house was very clean and set up nicely for our family. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware and accommodated a large group. We also enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. Would highly recommend!

While mostly clean, the update still has issues. They are all window air conditioners and one upstairs did not work. Was about 85 degrees up there all night. A circuit breaker would keep kicking off if someone used a hair dryer while anything else was powered on the first floor. Had to keep running to the basement to flip back on. The front door code would not work all the time. Had to keep trying and reset the lock several times for it to work. All this time, owners/managers available only by email. So not a quick response!

We had the pleasure of staying at Blair house while visiting our daughter. Charming historical home updated beautifully. We had all the comforts of home. All the little details were thought of. Our favorite spots were gathered around the large table sharing a meal and talking together or battling at the arcade machine. We will be staying again!

Blair’s house in St. Charles was a great place for our family of five to stay while visiting grandparents. Very clean and comfortable beds and our kids loved the arcade game. Would definitely stay again. :-)

The house was beautiful and so clean. My friend has a blast playing on the Galaga arcade game. The area was wonderful and filled with other historic homes and buildings and plenty of delicious dining options.

The house is cute, better than I expected. Super cute decor, great towels, comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen includung french press, keurig AND regular brewer. It was an easy walk to restaurants, the Katy Trail, and even a climbing gym! The hosts were easy to conne t with and they kindly answered all my questions.

It took a while to pick a place to stay with the amount of people that we had, but we eventually found this little gem. Everything was perfect we got everything we could have needed and more. There was plenty of space and the video games was an added bonus to keep people occupied. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and I highly recommend it for your trip to Saint Louis.

My family and I loved this historic house. We stayed here to be close to family who lives a few streets away. The updates are fantastic and it was perfect for our long weekend. Definitely recommend!

Great communication with manager. Let us check in a few hours early (very much appreciated). Clean house. However, our entire weekend was ruined due to lack of communication about the backyard. Pictures showed a fenced in backyard with full grass for backyard games. Arrived to see that fence was torn down (zero privacy to extremely close neighbors) and a torn up back yard full of dirt. With little kids, we had to chase them from going in the front yard and into the street. We chose the property based on it having a fully fenced in yard with grass for kids to play in. If we would have known it was removed, and there was nothing but dirt, we would have chosen a different property.

We enjoyed our stay at this historical home in St. Charles. It was very clean and in a great location! The home owner was very kind, prompt, and considerate of our questions and concerns. We loved the keyless entry and we also loved the renovation of this home with light colors, high ceilings, and new flooring. The only downfall to this home is the stairs. They're a little steep and narrow, but that's typically what you get in older homes. Other than that I would highly recommend your stay at this home.

This charming home was perfect for our family attending a celebration of life for my mom! We were close to family and weekend events. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are tiny yet add to the charm! Thanks for everything!
