"Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. "

"Location!!! What a wonderful apartment in Old Montreal! We came to visit for a bruins game and was able to walk everywhere downtown. Washer dryer, kitchen and living room. We chose the 2 bedroom which was perfect for 3 people. Nespresso machine and a few free pods were a very nice touch. I was very comfortable in the beds and they provided lots of pillows. My husband doesn’t like memory foam so he thought the bed was a little hard. There is construction in the area and the workers would load...

"It was very good experience. The room is big. Specially, the bathroom amazing. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant there is no more options in menu for dinner.. the gym. It was very good. The location of the hotel amazing everything walkable."

"The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The only staff on property were housekeepers, but they were very nice. Only quibbles were the lack of check in staff (had some issues with the keypad), and the shower was a little confusing "

"I stayed in room 207 and I did NOT sleep the entire stay. The outside noise was intolerable and I heard crashing of glass bottles and recycling all night. The trash pick up was every morning and the noise from the street was awful. My 5 year old child kept waking up due to the noise. I travel all the time, I visit countries every few months and I have NEVER had the experience of it sleeping due to the noise being so loud. Duero the lack of sleep I have become sick. I do not recommend this place...

"Excellent location for touristic old Montreal. Drawback is the narrow building immediately adjacent is being demolished leaving disarray and unsightly signage blocking the facade of this charming little hotel. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly. Room we had was very large. Breakfast was great. Main drawback with the hotel was that the bar and restaurant were closed most evenings after 8pm. I think this might change in warmer months as they have a rooftop bar. "
