The apartment is well positioned for exploring Malta without difficulty. Public transport, taxis and ride-hailing services are all easily available from the Balluta Bay area.

Guests arriving from the airport can take the TD3 direct bus route to the St Julian’s area. For added comfort, we can help organise a private taxi transfer with one of our trusted cab drivers, who knows the property location and can make arrival easier. This service is available at an extra cost and can be arranged through the Airbnb messaging app.

The seafront promenade, restaurants, cafés and nearby bays are all within easy walking distance, making the area very convenient even without a car.

Construction Notice
Please note that in Malta, construction and renovation works are very common and can take place throughout the year. Unfortunately, property owners are not notified in advance about when nearby works may begin or where they may occur, and therefore we are unable to predict or control any noise that might arise during your stay.

Our beautifully restored 1928 Art Nouveau building is full of history and charm. As part of our ongoing restoration project, the original lift is currently undergoing specialist maintenance to bring it back to its best. While it is operational most of the time, there may be occasional periods during your stay when it is temporarily out of service and the staircase will need to be used instead. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need assistance with luggage at any point, please don't hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to help.
