"Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed this place. The room is small but absolutely perfect for my trip. The bed was big and comfy, check in was a breeze, and my fav part was the location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I definitely recommend this place for either a solo traveler or a couple who want to enjoy St Augustine without being exactly in the middle of the chaos. The hosts were so kind & helpful, and I would certainly stay again!"

"Thank you to the host of uptown, cozy guest House! My teen, and I had a perfect spring break visit due in large part to the wonderful accommodations. The space was clean, airy, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe. We even took a sunset stroll and met some lovely neighbors. We will definitely be returning!"
