"The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The service at the restaurant and the front desk was outstanding – everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is very well located, and for the price, it’s an excellent choice. I arrived by car and had reserved one of the hotel’s parking spots in advance, which worked perfectly. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Very well located in Bruges. Easy walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops and so on. Beautiful grounds and peaceful sleep at night in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast good, plenty of choice although all self service buffet. No eggs cooked to order. Good access to train station, within walking distance. Very much enjoyed a 3 night stay here. "

"The service was exceptional! The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready. Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Though it's rustic, the hotel was updated in all the important areas. The bed was stellar, and the bathroom fully appointed and updated. Excellent...

"Beautiful hotel, tastefully renovated. We stayed at the executive suite with garden view, which was adorable. There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "

"Found an absolute gem of a hotel. Location is perfect and quiet beautiful. Easy walk to main square Hotel is quaint and packed with character, if you want chain levels of decor find somewhere else. everything you needs for a stay, lift to floors, parking for; motorbikes. Daily cleaning,. Breakfast great, continental buffet style. Staff are so friendly and helpful."

"Lovely! Very close to the main areas of Bruges. Room was spacious, quiet and well provisioned. Staff were very helpful and the ‘free’ breakfast was not the “coffee and croissants on a tray” experience but a whole spread in a beautifully decorated sun-drenched room. Paying extra for parking was my only negative point, Oh and some dirty marks on the rooms carpet."

"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Augustyn. The lady behind reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst staying here, and they decorated the room for us , which really added to our time here. We will be sure to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Good stay, hotel is perfectly located and the walks in town are great. Had a steak dinner which was good, probably much better than the tourist trap restaurant in the square. Breakfast was very nice as well a lot of choice. "

"Wonderful staff at check in. 100% secure motorbike parking in a gated car park. Lovely venue on the edge of the city centre. Staff were so good. Hotel is brilliant. Breakfast was one of the best i have had. Its a really short walk into the city centre and i would 100% recommend this hotel."
