"We loved being in a house that had a good sized living area for everyone and yet separate spaces as well as all the bedrooms were separate and had separate bathrooms attached. Great for couples traveling together and families. Our kids loved the pool and all the iguanas in the trees. Only negative was it would have been nice to have a half bath off the main living area so you didn’t have to go all the way downstairs to a bedroom to use the bathroom. "

"My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....

"This property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with a few things but overall a great stay. The properly manage was very responsive on text and the house is well stocked. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle here. We had an AWD vehicle for the first few days and had to change (due to the rental car company) and got a 4x4 and it was so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!"

The owner is great, the property management company is very accommodating and ready to help with anything and answer any questions. Everything is pristine and decorated beautifully. "We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."
