    The spacious 15' x 27' private pool is perfectly positioned to capture sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, creating the ideal setting for a refreshing swim or an afternoon spent soaking up the island sunshine. Guests of all ages will also enjoy outdoor games including cornhole, ring hook, and Connect Four. After a day exploring St. John's world-famous beaches—just a 10-minute drive away—rinse off in the modern outdoor shower before settling in for another evening under the stars.

    Inside, oversized glass doors open the main living area to panoramic ocean views and invite the refreshing Caribbean trade winds inside, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience. Each of the four spacious, equally sized bedroom suites offers exceptional comfort and privacy, featuring king or queen beds, a private ocean-view balcony, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and individual air conditioning.

    Please note: The main living area and kitchen are not air-conditioned. These spaces are designed to take full advantage of St. John's refreshing trade winds and are equipped with ceiling fans to provide a naturally cool and comfortable environment.

Villa colada was absolutely beautiful! In a great location very close to Cruz bay, clean and very spacious. The house and views were stunning. Check in was easy, we were assigned a property manager who was very helpful with local recommendations. Thanks for the amazing memories, we will be back

Villa Colada is in a great location with amazing views. We were a group of seven adults and appreciated the privacy of each of the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was lovely to just relax and enjoy the sunshine and breeze. The house itself needs some updating and could benefit from a handyman to fix some minor issues. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day St. John vacation.

The location is very convenient to all shops and restaurants. Beaches are a short ride away. Had some small issues but Nellie took care of them promptly. The house is just lovely and the view is amazing

Villa Colada

It was just want I needed and wanted! Only left the villa 3 times in 7 days. Went there to recharge after a stressful move. It was close enough to grocery store but still removed enough to be peaceful and quiet. First time on St John and I loved it! Did go to a couple of beaches, Hawks Bay was my favorite! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. Bette B.

Overall the house was very nice with a great layout. The location was good and close to Cruz Bay. The view was spectacular. We would definitely consider booking again. Issues we ran into were upkeep and cleaning. There was construction debris (tiles, ladder, etc.) strewn next to the pool. The pool filter system didn’t seem to work or didn’t keep up enough. Several beach chairs were rusty or broken. We had to clean the kitchen even though the cleaning crew was leaving as we arrived.

Great island location and views - needs some TLC

The location just beyond the Westin is a perfect spot - easy access to Cruz Bay as well as all the beautiful beaches. The views are phenomenal and the layout of the home with four suites is great for a family with older children or two family renters. The only down side is that the house needs some TLC. one of the Bathrooms did not have a mirror over the sink; the laundry room is very dirty with old machines and no detergent, there were not enough bath towels; the hot water in the baths on the left side of the home doesn't work properly, and the house was promoted as sleeping 10 but could only accommodate 9. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the property management team was very responsive and helpful.
