My wife and I stayed at 'Villa Poinciana' at The Hills for five nights for our 10th anniversary. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. Though not far from town, I would not advise walking into Cruz Bay from this location, as the roads are quite steep with little room on either side of the road for foot traffic in many areas without walking on the road itself. The villa was extremely clean and as advertised. The view over Cruz Bay was simply amazing from the living room and balcony. I highly recommend this villa and The Hills in general. Scott, the on-site concierge, was friendly, very knowledgeable of the area, and a nice source of answers for any questions we had. We enjoyed chatting with him periodically and he was always sure to ask if we needed anything and how our stay was going. We had a wonderful time!

Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc.. The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we would consider returning to stay. There were no mentions of compensation for the inconvenience, as a business owner i expected there to be, but that never happened. I have compensated customers for much less of an inconvenience, in a effort to keep customers satisfied

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Very clean. The greeter team was friendly and accommodating as we had a later flight arrival (note that after 6pm is considered late on the island). We wished that trash was removed for us, but dumpsters were nearby. Be sure to stop for groceries and coffee upon arrival. The villas do not provide any breakfast details. We will definitely come again!

The view was amazing! We stayed in the Grandeur Condo. It’s was very relaxing had all the home amenities you would need. The clubhouse food was delicious! The live music by poolside even better! Taxi service we used was with Chico and Lisa, recommended by the Hills. The Hills at St. John we will be back again. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal stay here at The Hills St. John. The property is beautiful with jaw-dropping views. Beaches and restaurants/bars are just a few minutes away by car. Highly recommend for a great escape from it all!

Our Condo was beautiful, three bedroom three and a half bath. It was clean and modern. Its was difficult getting to the condos and once we were inside the gate the greeter still had a hard time guiding us to the condo. Two of the patio doors did not lock and I was a little uncomfortable. There is no house keeping, but each condo has a washer and dryer and they provide tide. There is a nice workout room and a small community pool with a clubhouse that was open sporadically. Renting a jeep is a must. It's a five minute drive to Cruz Bay. Overall the condos were very nice. If I return, we would stay at a resort.

The view of Cruz Bay was amazing and the property was very well maintained. It is located very close to Cruz Bay which has many nice restaurants to choose from. The villa was very clean and spacious. THIS is how to do STJ! The communication from the property manager Paul was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us the villa and her text/ response time was instant. The Ravello and Sirenusa as a whole is breathtaking. The views are spectacular and the villa is everything you can ask for and more! It’s so luxurious and huge. The place is immaculate and has everything you could ever want and more, we didn’t want to leave. Close to everything but must have a Jeep and NOT be afraid to drive STJ roads..it’s a doozy getting up to the resort! If only every day could be like this...

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with a ridiculous veranda. Other than some odds and ends lacking in the kitchen and what looks to be some minor remaining fixes from the hurricane, nearly perfect for us!

The layout of the villa was very nice. It had s large kitchen , everything worked, but there were hardly any items in any of the cupboards. It was difficult finding things to cook with. The view from the balcony was okay. There was a huge eyesore directly in front of the villa. It was a large, ugly, concrete slab. Would have been fantastic if that wasn’t there. The furniture on the balcony was a mess and needs to be replaced. The furniture in the family room was very nice. Getting up to the villa the first and second times were very difficult. The management company should meet you in Cruz bay and escort you to Sirenusa.

Loved everything about our stay at this property! Our Villa Siena was just as described, beautiful and very spacious! Paula was amazing and was very helpful in trying to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book this place again!!

The pictures are not even close to how beautiful the property is in person. The property manager to all the cleaning staff was so helpful and aided in my beautiful experience on the island..

The property is high on the hill overlooking Cruz Bay with the lights of St Thomas in the distance. Very nice view.

The properties still had substantial damage from the hurricane that we were not told about when we booked the units. Broken windows missing dry wall and missing tile etc They disclosed the damage two weeks before our wedding with no time to re-book elsewhere and then offered only a 15% discount it’s very disappointing. The pool was very dirty eggs growing in the bottom we had roaches in the units
