In Harmony Retreat is a luxurious one-bedroom villa on Seagrape Hill in Coral Bay, St. John, the hot new in spot on the island with an old Caribbean feel. Greg's place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described in the listing, quiet, well stocked with everything you could need. The property manager was very prompt to respond. The house is in a great location, with easy access to some great food and beaches just down the road. We would absolutely stay here again, and probably will next time we are in St. John. I highly recommend Greg's place for a rental!

Easy booking. Great communication. House was very clean and had all we needed. Appreciate Paul (property manager) meeting us shortly after check in to give us tips for our visit. Jumbie Bay beach and Hansen Bay beach were the best. Reef Bay Trail amazing! Make sure to rent a four wheel drive as the road to the house is very steep.

The location is great and the view is stunning! Very peaceful on the quiet side of the island. Only issues were the home is advertised as having air conditioning, it was only for the bedroom and the regular unit was broken and a portable unit running which did not really keep the room all that comfortable. The second issue was the beach supplies (floats, snorkel masks, fins etc.) were all stored in outdoor location that had been chewed up by animals and covered in animal droppings. Paul the property manger did replace with new snorkel equipment which was appreciated but would definitely pack my own next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at In Harmony Retreat. This is our 3rd trip to St. John and 2nd time staying in Coral Bay. We absolutely love this location! The property was private and just beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in was super simple and all communication was followed up with in a timely manner. All queries and requests were taken care of graciously, providing peace of mind and more time to enjoy the beautiful island. We loved being able to cook breakfast every morning in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy the stunning views from the balcony in the morning and evening! We feel truly blessed to have found this gem and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful honeymoon

The house was perfect for us! For such a long stay, we really enjoyed having laundry, a stocked kitchen for cooking, and an amazing deck. The views are unbeatable, we loved watching the sunrise from the deck. The house came with a cooler and two beach chairs that worked perfect for us. The road up to the house is pretty steep but doable - we loved being welcomed home by all the goats on the street! Best stay ever - hope to come back soon.

Wonderful!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit. St John is so beautiful and the beaches are crazy gorgeous! The goats, especially the babies are so darn adorable. The view from Inn Harmony is absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the porch every morning and evening. The breeze was awesome and kept us cool.

Just perfect for 2

The house is just perfect for 2- we loved the views, the lounge chairs, the pool, the breezes, the kitchen was perfect, the bedroom ac. Our only problem was no water after a power outage which eventually corrected itself.

Peaceful, private and beautiful

We loved the peaceful, private villa. It was just the right size for the two of us. The views of Hurricane Hole and beyond, from both the veranda and the deck were aauunbelievable.

Perfect Retreat!

In Harmony is a perfect retreat for two people. The view is gorgeous and the two decks (covered and uncovered) allow you to see it rain or shine. The uncovered deck also has a lovely hot tub and two chaise lounges from which you can see the view or watch for shooting stars at night! The house is equipped with everything you need and if there is something you cannot find, Paul, the manager will have it to you immediately. Both Greg, the owner, and Paul were there to answer any questions and help with suggestions on restaurants and grocery stores. We surely hope to return to this lovely home again!

Love the view

House is very functional and clean. Fantastic views and great location. Definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up hill to house and really the whole island. 25 min to Cruz Bay and 15 to Trunk Bay. Skinny Legs just down the hill, love the Mahi Mahi sandwich and Love Market was good for food and snacks. Hope to be back.

New England Winter Escape

This place is perfect for a couple to stay. The view is stunning from the deck. It’s right in the heart of Coral Bay by Skinny Legs and about a 30min drive to downtown Cruz Bay and about 15mins to the north shore beaches like Trunk Bay etc... It’s totally private and Paul, the property manager and Greg, the owner were so responsive and helpful. My wife and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing views and location

The location was easy to locate with the directions given. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, while grilling and admiring the coastline. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Couldn’t have hoped for a better location for our honeymoon.

We had a great time. We loved the sunrise view from the front porch while enjoying our morning coffee. The house had all the essentials you would need in the kitchen and then some. The house manager, Paul, is super nice and very responsive. He was also very respective of our privacy, giving us a heads up when anyone was heading to the house for any reason. The house is secluded enough to be peaceful but still close to a few restaurants and grocery stores and a lovely little coffee shop.

Great as advertised

The view from the property is every bit as fantastic as it looks. We liked staying on 'the quiet side' near Coral Bay. Paul made himself available to answer any questions we had and even bought us a drink when he ran into us at dinner. Great island, great VRBO.

Really didnt want to leave

The house is comfortable enough. The bed was very comfy, the views are the very best and the spa/tub was very helpful and refreshing. Having a washer and dryer was critical for us since we were there for 4 weeks. Everything worked fine. Paul was extremely helpful, Greg as well. The power situation is the only issue and that's out of the hands of anyone on the island. Generators are expensive to install and operate, so to have one demands a big cash outlay. We visited several beaches, hiked several trails and enjoyed the rain storms very much. Sebastian did stop by and one of his progeny, a younger version for sure. We would stay again. Thanks again Greg and Paul for all of your help and care. We appreciated it very much.

Did Not Disappoint!!

Our time at Harmony Retreat was full of surprises, but overall it did not disappoint. Upon arrival the pool was not available due to a broken pump, there were a few power outages over the entire island in the first few days (one lasting 22 hours), and the washing machine quit working later on. But Paul was the man, he quickly had the pool up and running shortly after we arrived, provided power to the refrigerator via a generator so all our food would not spoil, and replaced the washing machine within hours after finding out it did not work. This is no small task when considering one must go to St. Thomas to get parts to fix most things. Paul not only did an outstanding job in keeping the place up and running, but he also is a great source of information when asking about places to explore and eat. Overall, the cottage is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, has everything a couple needs to cook, relax, and enjoy the wonderful scenery off the deck. Checking in and out is very easy, with no surprises. We definitely recommend this place to those who plan to vacation on the island. Thanks again Paul for your quick promptness and great conversations!

Paradise

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was perfect for the two of us. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise. The view is amazing, very peaceful. The only sound in the morning is roosters crowing in the distance. No traffic. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the location. Sebastian the cat is sweet and we enjoyed his visits. Paul was really helpful and gave us some great tips. We hiked several trails and went to several beaches. Cinnamon Bay was our favorite. This vacation was one of our favorites and we would love to stay here again. Thanks!
