Newly remodeled studio in Cruz Bay.

Cayo Sereno is a great condo located right in the heart of downtown Cruz Bay. We upgraded the unit in 2022 and are really happy with it. Bring your small family here or travel just yourself and get to see St. John without breaking the bank. There is king bed in the sleeping area and a pull-out couch in the living area that is great for extra guests. We have beach chairs, cooler, ad beach towels here ready and waiting. There is no parking spot but we are just 4 minutes walk from the ferry.

The property was nice. We did have trouble with the refrigerator working, but they came and got it working. They were very quick to offer help and repair! The beach chairs they offered were broken, but it was nice to have beach towels! The location is great, walking distance to ferry, market, car rentals, restaurants, bars and shopping. Would recommend to others!

amazing!!

Awesome location! Very easy to get around. The studio had everything you need, snorkeling masks, chairs, noodles. It was very clean! If you decide to rent a car, check out Slim Man’s Parking, it is a short walk down the road and you can park your car there for 175 for the week and come and go as you please. Overall amazing stay!

Perfect place to stay in St. John

Wow! We absolutely loved staying here. The hosts are extremely accommodating, welcoming, and kind. They made themselves accessible and available the entire week we stayed. The bed is very nice, bathroom is updated with plenty of storage, towels/linens were high quality, back porch has a great view of Cruz Bay. They have beach chairs as well. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Highly recommend the restaurants Morgan's Mango (finer dining for dinner) Longboard's (excellent food!!), Paulie's Luncheonette (right outside of the unit for amazing beach sandwiches) and St. John's provisions for great coffee, smoothies, and bagels. We also loved sitting at the bar of the restaurant 1864 within Mongoose Junction. We recommend the Crown Bay Ferry on the weekends which takes you only 5 min from the airport on St. Thomas, about a 35 min boat ride. Very scenic! Everything Cruz Bay was walking distance. The beaches are absolutely stunning and will take your breath away. Make sure to bring cash for taxis, it will make your life easier. We recommend taking a taxi to the infamous Trunk Bay and we rented a Jeep to explore other sides of the island and other remote beaches. Important to note there is NO parking spot at this unit but you can usually park your car at the rental places or in a lot for extra fees. Highly recommend Hansen Bay, it is worth the drive! Also appreciated the laundry machines as well! Thank you to the hosts for providing such a comfortable place to stay.

Scenic paradise

Loved the location in center of town. Could get up every morning and just go to grocery store to get fresh fruit. Get coffee, and sit on balcony every morning and just enjoy with breakfast. Very clean, everything worked 100%. Will definitely go back. Had great communication with owners also when booking.

Nice place on the island

The unit is in fine shape. The location is great close to the ferry and rental cars. The snorkel gear and beach chairs made going to the beach a breeze and less to pack/purchase at island prices. I definitely recommend renting a car to explore. Everything in the apartment was functional and clean. We did cook in the apartment 1 night, every breakfast, and packed lunches for the beach every day and the kitchen was well supplied.

The condo was in a lovely location, close to so many shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to get the beach taxis, although a bit of a hill to get there, it was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return someday

The location is perfect, and the view was beautiful. We loved our little balcony. We were very comfortable. It’s right next-door to the market. We didn’t need a rental car, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go included the ferry.

Great stay

Great place. As advertised. Perfect if you like to be in Cruz bay and don’t mind a little street noise. The lack of parking is a bit of an issue so I’d recommend using the extensive cab network if you stay here. Good communication with the host. I’d stay here again!

Great Space

This was my 5th rental on STJ and my favorite yet. The layout was spacious and well-outfitted The location was very easy and the noise was not egregious, but as expected for Cruz Bay.

Brief Stay in St John

Very clean place and nice location. Neighbor on first floor was a bit of an inconvenience as they were noisy at late hours of the night. Grocery store being a 1 minute walk was very convenient. We are under the impression(told from locals) that the power often goes off on the island, especially around a storm, which happened to us. Advice would be to bring portable chargers and handheld fans if you have them in the case the power goes out.

Lovely place!

Stayed in 2023 for a week and it was delightful which is why I rebooked this year. A new event center is just downhill from the VRBO and the music is beyond loud until 3:00 am! Good thing it only happened the first two nights! Other than that the place is great, walking distance to everything!
