Absolutely amazing experience. I would recommend it to everyone wanting to visit the US Virgin Islands. Location, cleanliness, checking in and out were all perfect.

Perfect home base in Cruz Bay! Staff were great, restaurant was very good and well-priced, rooms were simple and had everything we needed. The free off-street parking is a huge bonus if you have a rental car. Can’t be happier with our weeklong stay.

The hotel was simple and clean and the complimentary beach chairs and snorkeling were so thoughtful and perfect for our beach trips. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing is that there are a lot of roosters roaming around the property and we got woken up at 5am every morning; otherwise the stay was great.

Amazing, affordable place to stay on St. John. About a 7 min walk from the ferry terminal. They have a lovely creole style restaurant & bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms have AC!!! All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They also have snorkel & beach gear you can borrow free of charge. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Great place to stay with the feel of “old St John”. Not France but very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and accommodating and the food was very good in spite of dealing with several power outages.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, from hostess to housekeeping to wait staff and bartenders. Location was great for in-town activities - easy to walk to restaurants, national park visitor center, ferry, taxis, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff, good clean room and located right in Cruz Bay. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an island wide power outage that lasted almost 3 days and the hotel, like many others, doesn't a backup generator system. The government run utility is known for unreliable service and I feel sorry for the businesses that rely on it.

We had a fantastic experience at the Inn at Tamarind Court for our 5 day stay in March 2026. The Inn is located in close proximity to the main downtown area in Cruz Bay which was great for walking to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. The complimentary continental breakfast of fruit, choice of bread, and choice of beverage was perfect to get us started in the morning. The restaurant also had great meal options for affordable prices. The room was clean and well taken care of and the AC functioned perfectly. Beach towels were provided as well as earplugs for blocking out the roosters (that like to start crowing at 4am)! A small cooler was also provided which was great for packing our lunches for days spent on the beach and hiking. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and pool noodles were also provided which was truly lovely to not have to worry about renting those separately. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thankful to Inn at Tamarind Court for making our stay in St John so pleasant!

Being a solo traveler i just want a room in a good location. Safe and clean easy to walk to the the bars and taxis. You cant beat the price. 2nd time i stayed there. Continental breakfast is free.But instead I had the egg and sausage sandwiches or eggs and home fries. $9 ,$10. Also met so.e other solo travelers. If you are on a budget this is your place
