    Located on the edge of St. John, USVI, Eco Haute sits above a rocky shoreline overlooking the Caribbean. On calm days, guests can snorkel below the villa, kayak the shoreline, or spend the day on the deck above the water.



    Fully off-grid with solar power, battery storage, and generator backup. Dual internet for a reliable connection.



    Best suited for couples, anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, and romantic escapes with more of a private-island feel than a typical vacation home.



    No passport required for U.S. travelers.



    Private transportation and grocery provisioning can be arranged to help make arrival and stay smoother.

we stayed at the eco haute for our honeymoon and it was nothing short of amazing to say the least! the house itself is very nice and updated and the views take the cake! we loved every second of our stay!

Very peaceful location and nice house for a couple.

Excellent and much needed break from hectic daily life. The view and privacy can’t be beat.

Wonderful Home

Recently completed a one week stay and it was just wonderful. The views are outstanding and the home features absolute privacy. I would highly recommend staying here if you truly want to get away and relax. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Perfect!

My wife and I had an awesome time at this hidden gem on the East End. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all!! You can easily explore the entire island from there. Then stop through Coral Bay to pick up anything you may need before heading back to one of the most amazing places you'll ever stay!

Perfect Getaway!

If you're looking for a secluded getaway from it all, Eco Haute is it! All the amenities, a private dip pool, well-appointed kitchen and breathtaking views of Tortola and BVI. We will be back!

Stunning and amazing condition post hurricanes!

It may be one of the most remote homes on island but worth every min of travel for those looking for peace, quite, and one of the best Views on St John. Great to see the island has come such a long way in 15 months.

Perfect getaway for two!

The property was just as pretty as depicted - great location, and very private. We spent most of our time exploring the east end of St John, and Eco Haute was a good base for this. First time at this property, but we will be back!!

Just wow! The most beautiful property for those who enjoy a more remote island location. Everything you need and the house/deck is gorgeous - never wanted to leave!!

We have already reserved again for next year!

This is the perfect secluded location on the East End of St John. Very private and perfect for couples. Great view of yachts traveling the Sir Francis Drake channel and the BVI's. Bob and Karye's home is perfect for this setting! The home is very new, clean and wonderfully furnished. Yes, will be there again!

Natural beauty & total privacy

We just stayed at the Eco Haute for a week for our 20th anniversary, and it was exactly what we were looking for when we booked. You will share the surroundings with goats and donkeys and hermit crabs and pelicans, but no other people. It's a short drive to Coral Bay for provisions, and to a multitude of beautiful bays for snorkeling, which we had a blast doing. Can't recommend the place enough.

Paradise

The home was just like paradise. It was beautiful inside and out and the views were spectacular!! It was a bit further out than other homes but the drive was worth it once you got there. The home was very nicely appointed and had everything you needed and then some. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the near future!!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved this property! It is off the beaten path, but so worth it. The deck around the house was my favorite place as it overlooks the Channel and has great views of Tortola and other islands. You can really sit back and enjoy God's creations. Also, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at Eco Haute again!

12th time on the island and loved this Villa

Property was spectacular and remote. We had a blast driving to and fro and seeing such wonderful views. You can spend all day on the deck just watching the sails and boats and ships go by your front porch. Bring some warm wear to be out on deck at night!

Very romantic

This was a once in a life time experience! Very secluded, spectacular views, ocean sounds, warm sun and the stars at night are the best I've ever seen. Bob and Karye are great they were very helpful. Hope to return soon !

Magnificent setting!

Check in could not have been easier. Kelly met us, led us to the house and then made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, modern and perfect for us. But the best part was the view! 180 degrees of BVI sailing waters. Truly a wonderful experience.

Fantastic!!

I've been visiting St John several times a year for 10 years. Eco Haute is hands down the best home I've rented. Karye and Bob are great and very helpful. They've done a wonderful job furnishing and equiping the home. The location and views are amazing! Make sure you take the path to the secluded beach...the best snorkeling on St John!

Amazing place

Like all the reviews say stunning views beautiful home great people. Can't say enough about what a great time we had at Karye and Bobs. Everything is top notch. Really what all the reviews below mine say are true! I will be back without a doubt!
