Charming Condo with Breathtaking Ocean Views, Stunning Sunsets, and a Touch of Romance!

DESCRIPTION: Cruz Views #06 - Pina Coladas is a center condo located in the lower building, below and to the right of the pool area. This beautiful condo was completely upgraded and now has a light and elegant feel to it. The screened sliding glass door opens onto your private deck where you will enjoy the fiery sunsets and the scenic views overlooking the town of Cruz Bay and its charming harbor.

The cozy great room consists of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The great room has a vaulted ceiling which combines with a skylight to create a spacious and airy quality. You can also relax in comfort while watching your favorite TV show or sports game. The condo includes WiFi for those who want to stay connected. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, including a 4 burner stove and oven, a refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

The bedroom is located up a few stairs from the great room and includes a queen bed, split level a/c unit and an en-suite bathroom that was remodeled to include a new vanity and a beautiful shower built from island stone and tile.

We think you will enjoy the beautiful improvements that have been made at Cruz Views #06 - Pina Coladas. This condo is perfect for couples, honeymooners and with the pullout sofa in the living room can accommodate a family with two children.

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.

Had a relaxing and fun 4 night stay at Cruz Views in St. John. We opted for self check in and the communication with Diane was great. We were in unit 6 and it was perfect. The 1 bedroom villa was a great size, comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay. We really appreciated the chairs, beach towels, and the cooler. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunset was incredible. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed. They left us maps and books about the island which was very helpful. The parking lot is a good size and has trash bins to conveniently get rid of any garbage. I will say the location is a tough one to walk. The main town is only a 10 minute walk but because the Villa sits on top of a steep hill we never attempted it. This wasn't a problem since we rented a Jeep which I HIGHLY recommend to get the best out of the island. We had so much fun driving at our own pace visiting all the beautiful beaches and sight seeing.We never took advantage of the pool but it was really nice with a great view of Cruz Bay. We definitely could have used another day to just relax by the pool. We will definitely stay here again and hopefully for longer.

Property is definitely for couples. There were 3 of us and because my mom is older she had the bedroom, the bathroom is in the bedroom, and also the unit has stairs from bedroom to living area and they are taller than standard and no railings. So my mom couldn't be by herself for long since she couldn't get up and down the stairs alone. The pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable, mattress could definitely be replaced if continue to advertise unit sleeps 4. The location and facility was great. Unit had everything you needed and would definitely rent again when just my husband and I.

Enjoyed 5 nights in this very cute & comfortable condo. It was just the right size for myself and my 2 daughters, ages 18 & 20. Terrific views from the balcony and a swimming pool. Well appointed & decorated. Great location but the hill up to the entrance is very steep. Definitely recommend a car!

Perfect quiet location for my girlfriend and I. Located just far enough from Cruz Bay for a quiet peaceful stay. Great views from your private balcony or take in the views from the pool area which pretty much felt like our own private pool, since no one was hardly there. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed: plenty of towels for the week, beach towels, chairs, a small cooler, etc. Our only gripe was that the mattress is a bit on the firm side but It’s not something that would keep us from booking the same unit. 👍🏼👍🏼

My husband, son, and I spent a wonderful week in Cruz Views #6! The condo was so perfect for the three of us. The location is great - convenient to Cruz Bay, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. When we weren’t enjoying the beautiful beaches, our son enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the pool. Overall a great stay! I would highly recommend Cruz Views to anyone looking to get away and relax!

What an excellent experience staying at Cruz Views 6. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great views and pool. KayAnn was so great as our welcome person. Just a quick getaway with my sister and teenage nephew. Definitely will book again soon.
