  • Esta hermosa propiedad está en lo alto de la montaña de Burdeos. Todos los caminos pavimentados y fácil entrada en la entrada y propiedad. La arquitectura es una mezcla de caribe y mediterráneo con patios al estilo de Nueva Orleans. Las plantas tropicales y los espacios acogedores del jardín abarcan la propiedad.

    La casa fue completamente renovada y terminada en febrero de 2019. La piscina y el jacuzzi tienen unas vistas increíbles. La gran sala de arriba es un lugar maravilloso para reunirse y cuenta con un televisor inteligente de 70 pulgadas. Nueva cocina 2019.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay on St. John - There are not enough words to describe Alta Vista - from the location, the views, the comfort and the amenities, truly a one of a kind stay.

Alta Vista was wonderful! Elian, property mgr, escorted us to the house after we got off the ferry and grocery shopped at Starfish market. The escort to the house was key as this house is not easy to find. Once there, the view, pool and hot tub are incredible! Great house for 3 couples due to the 3 large private rooms that are all en suite. House is gated so it felt very safe.

Worth the drive

Beautiful property! A bit of a drive to get there but it’s well worth it. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Nice breeze and fantastic views add to the experience. Management team was responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back!

The home was beautiful. The views were outstanding. The pool was great. However we were very disappointed that the hot tub did not work nor either fireplace. One of the reasons we picked Alta Vista was the hot tub. We have either a bad back or bad knees. With the snorkeling, the hot tub would have made our life easier.

The house was great. The views were spectacular. Only issue was advertised with a hot a tub and it was broken the entire time we were there. If the hot tub is an issue for you verify it's actually working before you book. No one let us k ow it wasn't working before we got tjete

Comfort, serenity, beauty, and awe.

Alta Vista was one of the most amazing VRBO properties we've ever booked. The view was absolutely spectacular... awe-inspiring! We had everything we needed to enjoy the magic of St. John. We were personally greeted by the property manager, who gave us wonderful advice for activities on the island. We could not have wished for more. We shall return.

Alta Vista is amazing! Perfect spot on top of Bordeaux Mtn, with breezes, views of Coral Bay and Tortolla, sunsets and sunrises! Hosts are very responsive and helpful. This villa has everything you need. Well appointed kitchen, gas grill, refreshing pool and hot tub. At night, sitting in the hot tub, turn off all the lights off you get a great view of the moon stars!Primary bedroom with outdoor shower, is just off the kitchen, yet still feels private. Additional two bedrooms with en-suite are detached and very private.Upper level has lounge and large table for dining and games. Depending on the weather, it can actually get a little chilly with the breezes (refreshing after a day in the sun), so be sure to pack a sweatshirt or light jacket. Very comfortable, would highly recommend!

Lovely property with breathtaking views. People can have private spaces with the 3 bedroom options. The pool is chilly. The hot tub is divine. A 4 wheel drive Jeep is a must.

Wow!

All I heard all week from family was “wow! This place is nice”. The views, the comforts, the amenities (pool, hot tub) were essentially all we needed. If the island wasn’t so beautiful we may have never left. The property managers were very helpful meeting us and leading us to the house. The location is fabulous for visiting all the beaches. And, Coral Bay is close for fresh seafood and basic groceries.

Gorgeous views

We had a wonderful week at Alta Vista. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we needed for the beach as well as for lazy days at the villa. The views are absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the sunset every evening off the deck. This is the perfect villa for 2 or 3 couples because of the spacious, comfortable rooms and privacy.

Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I stayed for a week celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary. We had been to St. John once before and stayed near Cruz Bay, but we were in awe of the amazing views at Alta Vista and will definitely come back. The house was absolutely beautiful, really perfect, private, and everything we were dreaming of. We really enjoyed the sunset every night, the breathtaking views every day, and the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed and we had the best time. We can't wait to come back!

So many frogs!!!

Alta Vista is an amazing property atop Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay and the BVI. Even after the island’s brush with the storm Ernesto, the property was clean and ready for visitors. The drive up the mountain is well worth the drive and the anxiety from such narrow lanes.

Stunning home with a million dollar view. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Beach closet has a cooler, pool noodles, and beach games. Rooms had nice big beach bags that were so helpful for the beach. Air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the property managers are very responsive to questions. Will only stay here if we are fortunate enough to come back to St. John in the future!
