Great site with extremely friendly hosts. We were met our first day by the property manager and we were showed around of the amenities on site including a great pool, great view, and how to get to town from our location. Overall an amazing experience and stay!

Great Spot-View-Location

Great spot for either short stay or extended stay on island. Check in walk through well presented. Can't beat the view.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! Well stocked and super clean! Great location to walk to restaurants downtown! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful new suite!

Jeanine set the stage upon our arrival for a wonderful stay. The property is new, clean and well maintained. It offered a beautiful view and had a nice quiet pool.

This is an ideal location if you prefer being walkable to Cruz Bay but enjoy your own sunset views off patio. Takes about 15 minutes to walk to town and it’s not for the weary. Perfect for an after dinner super walk. It’s very private, beautifully landscaped and maintained, pool is lovely. It became part of our after beach routine to rinse off, grab a drink from honor bar & cool off in the pool before heading to the shower. Received lots of good information from owners & manager. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

perfect little getaway!

We had a great time at Seagrape Vista! The location was perfect for us, we wanted something walkable to downtown Cruz Bay shopping & restaurants (there are some hills but we don’t mind). The villa was perfect because it was close to everything but still felt secluded & private. The property is great & we will definitely stay here again next time we come to St. John.

Beautiful condo

This condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay here! The location was so convenient, and views from the balcony were just beautiful. The owners thought of everything, the condo was beautifully designed and had everything we could need and more. We especially appreciated the communal "honor bar", and the beach chairs we used for the week. We would love to stay here again!

Quiet and quaint. SUPER CLEAN. I travel a lot and they thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked, pool towels, chairs , snorkel equipment all available. Loved the honor bar and kitchen by the pool. I also appreciate the ability to do laundry if necessary. I also loved that it’s walkable to town, but the grounds are so well groomed that you feel like you’re in your own oasis. With the great views come a bit of exercise to get to the top of the hill. But if you’re not up to that you can grab a taxi right out of Cruz Bay.

We had a fantastic stay. Walking to the all the places for shopping, dining, bar hopping but once back at the vista it was quiet the relaxing with no overflow noise. I did get to hang out with the onsite pups but just for a few minutes. Very sweet and welcoming. No issues with the vista at all. Loved this place and we will definitely be back!!!

A perfect hidden gem

My husband and I stayed there this past week. It was even better than it shows online. The place is spotless, very quaint, and felt like it was brand new! Our greeter, jeanine, was one of the nicest people! She welcomed us, showed us around, and gave us a super informative tour of our home for the week. All of this included the pool, laundry room, shower and bathroom by the pool, a “fun room “ with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers,etc.- all yours to take to the beach! Also, the “honor bar” was my favorite. It was filled with snacks and a variety of drinks in case you ran out! David was very attentive when I had a question, and responded right away. The white book in the apartment is INVALUABLE! This place is a must stay! We will be back.
