WOW! What a view!

This stunning home is luxury at it's best.

With beautiful water front and tree landscape views , this house is the perfect place for you to enjoy and relax with friends, family.

The house has an amazing solar heated pool with its own under cover lounge dining area, there is also a 2nd huge covered entertaining area, with a full outdoor kitchen , dining table and chairs and spa overlooking the private jetty and waterfront.

The main bedroom has a full bathroom - en-suite including twin showers twin vanity and a bath , there is also direct access to the heated spa on the covered deck.

Other rooms have access to the main bathroom which features a huge bath and shower.

You can tie your own boat up to the private deep water Jetty for the length of your stay.

Living areas include Smart TV, music and comfy lounges. there is also a seperate TV room. Board Games, DVDs and Music CDS

The huge kitchen will impress the cooking enthusiasts, dual refrigerators and extensive cooking appliances, you'll be able to cook up a storm or call in the caterers for a special dinner in.

Outdoor water-front undercover areas also offers a full kitchen and BBQ, Heated spa, lounges and seating to take in the views or dine al fresco.- why not toast some marshmallows whilst gazing at the stars.

There is also a slow combustion wood heater to warm up those cold chilly nights in the winter months.

There is also Ducted Air Conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in all Bedrooms.

Shutters throughout the house and Block Out Blinds leading onto the back deck.

There is also a second outdoor Alfresco area connected to the private solar heated in ground swimming pool all very private.

Suitable for up to 6 Adults and 2 children there are 2 x Foldaway Beds also available the main bedroom has an ensuite and king size bed ,there is 2 other bedrooms that have queen beds . There is also a second TV Room away from the main living area.

The house is fully equipped all you need to bring is food and clothes for an amazing holiday, I promise you wont be disappointed .

The property is pet friendly and has facilities to ensure the whole family has a great stay.

The property is less than a 5 minute drive to Ettalong Beach and is very close to many award winning restaurants, great cafes, cinema, eclectic shops and ferry. It is a perfect escape whether you are visiting for a wedding, event or want to get away from it all!

Luxury appliances, furniture, and private jetty

Everything here was perfect. Everything was luxurious, including the beautiful pool, spa, and private jetty. Plus, they provided kayaks, so I had such a wonderful time.

Just love it!

We keep returning because we love it!It is equipped so once you arrive there is no need to leave. We have great family cook ups with the specially designed outside kitchen. Great entertaining areas, pool, spa, kayaks, tvs, the list goes on. So very clean and so very thoughtful with what is provided. We love every minute!

St Hubert’s island

My family & I - 5 adults & our little dog stayed in Maree’s home to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We had an amazing time - the house was spacious & very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. We swam, kayaked, used the spa, fished off the jetty & most importantly spent lots of precious time together. The house was spotlessly clean & communication with Maree was excellent. We will visit again. Kerrie

Tranquil getaway!

Tranquil & peaceful location. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable & the fully equiped covered outdoor kitchen with water views was a spectacular bonus.We had a relaxing weekend even with the rain.

This place has everything!

We stayed here for a relaxing few days to unwind with my goldador. What I was promised was definitely delivered! The cleanliness of the house was 10/10, I have stayed at nice homes but the cleanliness of the house wasn’t usually up to my standards while this one was! The house had a beautiful water view which we loved looking at while having a bbq or a nice relaxing time in the spa . Night time was also nice with the romantic outdoor lights. The pool was wonderful and had its own outdoor lounge and table, great for big families. The place was pet friendly which was my main reason for choosing this place. My dog loved the garden to explore and had the best time. Unfortunately I didn’t get time to use the kayaks but that is definitely on my to do list as I would love to revisit this house again and explore the Island more.

Wonderful property, very clean and well presented. Great covered outdoor space fully equipped with kitchen, hot tub and lovely view. Our dog loves roaming the enclosed garden!

What an entertainer, what a deck.

Even the bit of rain we had didn't dampen the holiday. We just tucked up under that incredible deck until the sun came out. We booked a charter and being able to walk out on the private jetty and get picked up and then returned back to the dock at the end of the day made such a difference. Cheers Tony

Nice spot for a family holiday

We loved the jetty, proximity to town, dual kitchens and cleanliness of the house. We spent most of our time at the house fishing, kayaking and relaxing. A heads up that there are zero pantry staples like cooking oil, pepper etc, and you'll need to bring your own soap for the shower/bath.

Great outdoor areas

Good property homely with all you need the star of the home is the back outdoor area that has everything the water with a jetty my granddaughter loved feeding the ducks and the kayaks got used too. every mod con for cooking etc on the deck it’s great. the main bedroom has a great ensuite and maree is very helpful the cons are the home needs cooling in the front bedrooms they have fans but it gets hot. There is a split system in the living area. Also as it’s pet friendly a gate between the garage and pool is needed as there is a gap under the front gates that small dogs can get under. We enjoyed our stay with family the house is close to shops restaurant’s etc. thanks for a lovely stay maree
