Absolutely perfect! This was what we were looking for at the Gulf. We found this and look forward to booking again. The house was the perfect size, super clean and the perfect view of the Gulf.

Always super clean and supports all our vacation needs! Just may need to update the washer, repair man had to come out on a couple of our stays.

It had a wonderful cottage feel and you felt like you had your own private beach area. Family had a blast. Would definitely stay again!

A great view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the perfect location right on the beach with beautiful views from 2 bedrooms. The screened in porch and rocking chairs were wonderful. Unfortunately several aspects of our stay would need to be corrected before we'd stay again or recommend to friends. Updating and repairs are needed. For example, the hinge on the primary bathroom door needs fixing and the door doesn't close easily. Closet doors are very hard to open and close. Cleanliness was an issue with many living and dead cockroaches inside the home and in the laundry room which is inconveniently located outside. Additional hand towels in the kitchen or a second roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms would have made the home more welcoming. The wifi also could not even support 1 of the tvs by itself without anyone else being connected or using the wifi making it pretty useless. I also called the management company twice during business hours and was not able to reach anyone.

January weather may be unpredictable, but the beauty is constant and inspiring. It seems that the internet could be more reliable which is a major dissatisfier to my husband and our guests particularly for major sporting events.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and comfortable. It is well furnished and has good mattresses, as well as a well furnished kitchen. It is overall in pretty good shape, though starting to need some TLC in a couple of areas. We like St George and just enjoy being there on the island. We have rented through Suncoast 4 times and will continue to do so. They are responsive and easy to work with, There were a couple of issues with the house and I have reported those to Suncoast. We would stay there again.

Great in many ways.

House is lovely. Right on gulf, well furnished, clean. We had some issues and the management company was very responsive. Some things you should know. Bring your own coffee filters, if staying more than a day or two bring toilet paper and soap, do not expect to watch football unless you know how to bypass the streaming service at the house, avoid sleeping in the bed in the western most bedroom. The ac/heater is about a foot from your heat and very noisy when turning off.

Perfect For Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It was my husband and I, my parents and our two sons ages 1.5 & 3 - so 6 people total. The family room and kitchen were very nice and the bedrooms suited our needs. I will say the sheets were not very comfortable but that was okay. We were able to fit two pack in plays in one room without any issue. The bathrooms had sky lights which kept things well lit which we liked. The screen porch has a latch to it so we had a toddler proof area for them to play in without worrying about them trying to go down the stairs. We really liked that. There was also a box full of building blocks that ended up being a life saver after our first day was totally rained out. We have always loved St George especially for it's smaller crowd levels so this house definitely felt nice and quiet. The rental company was very nice and allowed my parents to be the ones that checked in when our flight was delayed. The walk to the beach is super super short which was a must with two toddlers. Would highly recommend and would probably stay here again!

A great place to be away from Michigan winters

While there had a few problems: the dryer quit and water heater but Suncoast quickly took care of the problem. The cottage does need some updating but is still a very nice, The only major issue was the electrical. Lots of switches that turn nothing on or off. Takes awhile to get used to but can eventually be overcome.

Internet access, once repaired, was adequate for the online activities needed. Kitchen lighting too dim due to lightbulbs needing to be replaced.
