Guests are "crushing" on this colorful. ground floor condo at the Estancia Resort. It's time to ditch the hotel idea and stay here where everyone can be together!

This is like no other condo you've ever rented. Perfect for large families & reunions! A few quick steps from the pool, that is always heated during the winter months. You can sit outside and watch the family swim, play in the grass or host a group BBQ. This very spacious, open floor plan condo is great to spend time with family! We love it here. From the kitchen to the living room there is everything that you will need to make this a memory that you will cherish for a lifetime. The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances and utensils that you will need to create your favorite family meals. At the kitchen bar there are 4 chairs, directly across you will see the dining area. The living room is a great place to relax and watch TV on the massive tv after a fun day in the sun. In just a few steps from the living room, you will be led out to the patio where you can enjoy time in any way that you wish.

Three of our bedrooms in this great condo have a KING bed with a private En suite. There is a TV in each of these bedrooms! Bedroom 4 is the favorite among the kids! It has 1 large bunk bed with 3 Twin and 1 Twin over Full (4 Twin, 1 Full). Everyone who stays in this room enjoys being together but also has enough personal space, PLUS - 2 additional sleeping mats, a pack-n-play and a high chair. Ample amount of storage space in all the rooms and bathrooms, so unpack and make yourself comfortable. This condo is a ground floor unit and has easy access from the patio to the swimming pool/hot tub. You will enjoy the free high speed wifi & Dish Network. It is the perfect place to get away together and make memories!

This was our 4th stay here and 2nd stay in this unit. All is great except for a few things. No lock on patio door lock on window in 2nd master broken and most importantly the BBQ was a mess where we nearly had a fire. It took me 1 hour to clean it so we could use it. It would have been nice to have possibly a credit for this service for next year as we plan on returning next year. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay as we always come back.

Overall it was a great rental. There were a couple cleanliness issues we found. The front loading washer had a seal that needed cleaning due to mold and water retention. The kitchen needed more towels.

Look for the letter on the large staircase to get the right building.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the area was great and it was close to the Convention Center where our convention was being held. The weather was warmer than Ogden, so we really enjoyed it!! The front door is kind of tricky, or maybe that's just me, but I had to input the code at least twice every time we entered. I had the wrong building at first, but I texted and was directed to the right place immediately. I appreciated the quick response.

Great accommodations for family

I would have given this 5 stars except for rugs and carpets were pretty dirty and definitely need to replace mattress. Otherwise this place was great.
