  • Welcome to Serendipity Suites, a 1,932 sq ft luxury villa offering 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (with the 4th bedroom as an unenclosed loft). This retreat is furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

    Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in our large family room.

    Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.
