Casa Del Sol "House of the Sun" is located in Sports Village which has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay or getaway to work remotely. You can sleep 4 in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with private/outdoor entrance. Recently updated with new flooring and paint. Great location close to the clubhouse and all the amenities which include two heated pools, a playground and courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball.

This condo is 415 sqf. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with a 32" TV, a private, walk-out patio with seating for 4 and an excellent view. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 46" flat screen TV, WIFI, Blueray DVD player and satellite TV with the option to stream your favorite shows. This unit has a tub and shower along with a stackable washer and dryer. Located in the well-known Sports Village, there are free amenities for everyone in your group. From shuffleboard and basketball to multiple swimming pools and Jacuzzis, this place has it all. Fresh linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, free wireless Internet, pools and much, much more! Don't forget to bring your beach towels!

Huntsman Trip

Was what was advertised. Relatively clean and updated older unit. Only complaint was the bedroom tv would not stay on internet connection. Living room tv was fine though. Close to where we needed to be, hot tub, pickle ball court and swim pool across the street. I would rent again.

Good for IM STG

Suitable for 2 people (both racing) & minimal kitchen usage. Convenient location since we had a car. Would have been tight with with another person & would not have worked w/o a car. (If I were less athletic, the 270 degree view of my naked body in the shower would have been disconcerting; this would be my only suggestion for a design redo.)

TV reception was horrible. Kept going on and off the whole time. No shampoo. Much smaller than anticipated. Insulation must be bad as you can hear every move from those above.

The amenities for the community are nice. The home itself has a small but usable kitchen. Everything is as expected and works. Will definitely consider again!

Quiet and away from the crowds

This unit was the perfect thing for us. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a Netflix movie or two. Only thing that could be better would be a more comfy bed. It was a bit firm for our taste. Thanks for hosting us.

The unit reeked of cigarette smoke, so much so that we had to go buy an essential oil diffuser and have it run the whole time. Carpets were filthy. Kitchen & bathroom clean, lumpy queen bed. Won't ever return.

We are not smokers and this condo was a smokers paradise. It smelled terrible. The neighbors in the next condo had a dog in their condo that barked all night :(
