Adventure Awaits is an 1,812 sq foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Very nice

The home was very clean and well appointed. Had all the comforts of home. The subdivision the home was in was very nice and was great that there was pool access. It was only a few minutes from town so it was convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay very much. One of our pet peeves is cleanliness and this house was immaculate. The balcony was nice as well to relax with a drink at night or coffee in the morning. All in all a nice home.

Excellent place to stay

There were three couples in our group and the house was excellent. It was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and lots of room. There are two outdoor seating areas and it’s also close to the pool, pickle ball courts and the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is also excellent. Bike rentals on site were also very convenient and very close to Snow Canyon Park. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation at The Ledges

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The decor was beautiful, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture was so comfortable. We loved hanging out on the upper deck at night. We also really enjoyed the pool and the pickle ball courts. This place was so close to Snow Canyon which has incredible hiking. Loved it here!

Great Family Getaway

We loved this place! It was clean and had everything we needed for our family. Close to hiking but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kids loved the pool, pickle-ball and fire table. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful Retreat

We loved our stay! We were here for a swim meet. This condo was a little out of town, but just a short 15 min drive to the college pool with very little traffic until you hit Bluff Street. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were nice. The only thing that wasn’t as expected was the pool at the complex was not heated and it is listed as heated. The hot tub was great and nice and big. We would definitely stay here again!

Best place for a girls trip!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was so clean, well stocked and decorated. It was more like staying at a girlfriends house than a rental! The beds and linens are amazingly comfortable we slept like girls on vacation away from their kids! We definitely want to come back here.

Weekend getaway

Our family of five wanted to get out of the cold for a few days and it was perfect. This place was so clean and comfortable, the kids had a blast and loved the bunk beds, and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the ledges and this property. Kids really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts. Condo was bright and cheery with lots of natural light. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in and check out were really easy. Master bed was really soft, good for my wife, not my favorite, but thats more a personal preference on my part. Overall really enjoyed staying here.

Awesome time in St George

We had a great time at The Legends and at this home. It was clean, beautiful, well equipped and a great location for Zion. Bryce and Snow Canyon. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. The house even had some fun treats to greet us. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the grill was perfect for grilling. Thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay as we enjoyed Utah! Loved it all!
