However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. "The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"It was nice having a suite for extra room during our stay but the hotel is located in a "weird" spot and you have to walk a couple blocks across the river to find food (or anything else) if you're not eating at the hotel. I honestly wouldn't stay here again because of its location. Luckily we weren't there in the middle of winter, but it was still cold end of April walking to the nearest restaurant. The other thing we didn't like is that they charge $15/hour for parking in their lot and it...

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. "This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."

"I liked how artsy the vibes were from the outside to the inside. There were games in the lobby to play which was pretty cool. They also had paint if you wished to paint which was lovely because who does not love a little painting. The staff were lovely. My only complaint was the bathroom curtain and the bathroom door not actually being a bathroom door. If someone was outside the bathroom they can sort of see through the gaps of the door 😭. "For the price point and location of this inn I would say it is worth it. You can hear a lot of sounds through the walls and locks could be updated for safety. Overall, this is a decent option for travelers on a budget."
