"Loved every thing but paying to park. I stayed there in October and didn’t have to pay so it was super annoying. Don’t do this to your customers we hate it. The app to pay was a pain it was incredibly inconvenient."

"Electricity went out while staying customer service was nonexistent on the issue had to leave earlier than need had to get ready in dark couldn’t even do my morning routine to get ready no option to shower and was brushed off when I tried to talk to the mgr and staff"

"My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!"
