"Very clean inside, easy to deal with the owner. Grounds needed a bit of work (grass, etc), but they were cleaned up on the day we departed. "

"The cottage is large, has a great view, and all the comforts of home. There are three docks to chose from and various kayaks, SUPs and a canoe. The house is quie close to the road but this is not an issue from the water facing side. "

"We had an amazing stay and Julie was a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and a great rental for a large group of adults! We had a friend with us that requires a walker and the house was very accessible for her to move around and go into the bathroom and get around easily. Julie was very friendly, she always responded very quickly and accomodated us and any requests we had. Definitely recommend staying here!!"

"Absolutely beautiful property. Very comfortable, spacious and lots to do. Location is private but close to great hiking and outdoor activities. Host was friendly and responsive. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and attentive to details, even leaving us a thoughtful welcome card and treats! The house was very comfortable and well equipped- we especially appreciated the housecoats for relaxing in hot tub! Highly recommend and we would happily stay here again!"

"Beautiful and spacious home. Nice views in a quiet bay. Great for boating and fishing but not really a location for swimming, other than going to another location (20 minutes to Clear Lake beach) Beautiful and clear sky for star watching. Quiet neighbors. Excellent and responsive host. I would recommend to stay here to anyone, I was impressed with how big the cottage is and it is very pet friendly and many bedrooms for kids and office space if you bring work with you. Awesome place!"

"I recently spent 4 days at this cabin on the west side of Lake Nipissing, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin was very clean, easily accessible, and well-equipped with everything you might need—games, utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of cozy spots to relax while enjoying the beautiful waterfront view.We were lucky with perfect weather during our stay, which meant I was able to get out on the canoe every day for some exploring and fishing.
