Bear Lake Luxury Home in The Reserve Community

New highly sought after home in private resort community at Bear Lake! Enjoy luxurious comfort and expansive views of the lake's beautiful blue waters! Custom home well suited for multiple families or large gatherings. Indoor/outdoor living space including panoramic sliding doors and a large covered patio with upgraded furniture. Large grass back yard with putting green, hill slide, and BBQ grill. Yard games also available.

You will love the oversized movie & game room for family fun. Large sofa with three bean bags. X-box provided along with 85" smart tv. Board games, card games, and 4 retro-style arcade games included.

Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Oversized walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and beautiful tile. Two sinks and walk-in closet.

Main Level East Bedroom: King bed, shared main bathroom with shower.

Main Level West Bedroom: King bed, attached bathroom with shower.

Upper Level East Bedroom: King bed, attached bathroom with tub/shower.

Upper Level West Bedroom: Queen bed, attached bathroom with shower.

West bunkroom: custom-built bunk room with 6 twin beds and one queen bed. Cozy details and comfort for families with teens/tweens or for the young heart.

East bunkroom: 4 twin hut beds and one queen bed. Train table and bright colors for a fun family space.

You will also enjoy the unique dorm bathroom on this upper level. Two private shower/tub and toilet rooms with three common area sinks.

Upper level loft open to below with large two-story picture windows. Queen sofa sleeper for your convenience (included in the sleeping number). Main level family room also includes queen sofa sleeper (not included in the sleeping number).

Includes access to private clubhouse with two outdoor pools, splash pad, slide, large pergola, chairs/loungers, hot tub, gas fire pit, and beautiful lake views! Fitness center and showers also available. Private beach front access for Reserve guests.

Family reunuon

Loved home, great having so many bathrooms, plenty of beds for our family of 22 people ranging in ages of 3 years old to 71. The 2 bunk bed rooms worked out perfect one for younger grandkids and one for older grandkids. We also loved the pool! Another bonus is proximity to North Shore. All in all great stay!

Amazing Home

This house was wonderful! It was the perfect set up for our group. So many fun activities to keep kids busy. The kitchen was amazing. The host was so responsive and organized. Beautiful views and close location to north beach. We had the best time!

We stayed at this property with 2 other families on our annual ski trip. There was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The kids loved the game room. The property was beautiful and clean.

Annual Bear Lake Family Trip

Wow! What a property! This place did not disappoint. Everyone in our group absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in, to the day we left, it was perfection! The house was cozy, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. It truly made our annual Bear Lake trip an even better experience and we'd most definitely stay here again. The instructions and communication was detailed and easy to follow. The home and amenities were simply the best.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay and would book it again. Two notes: 1) the private beach was pretty much a bust. Due to the fullness of the lake there is no beach. 2) I wish we would have taken advantage of the well stocked kitchen, utensils and dishes. We used mostly plastic and paper and thus we ran out of supplied garbage bags. A few more would have been helpful. Thanks

Great house for a big group.

The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. The house sleeps a lot of people very comfortably. Views are great it was nice to have so many showers, three washers and dryers. Our whole group love the comfort of the game room and all of the seating in the kitchen.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We stayed at this brand new VRBO for 3 days and were not dissapointed. The location was beautiful to look out over the lake. The kids enjoyed the games in the tv room and the outdoors. As adults, the rooms were set up well with each room having a bathroom. The bunk rooms slept the larger families comfortably and the kids loved the bunks. The host was responsive and provided a well thought out welcome packet with all the information we needed. The home was equipped with all our basic needs (basic cooking goods and hygiene goods). It was perfectly clean, with nice linens and comfortable matresses. It was so nice to have the option of the club house pool and hot tubs as a change to the lake/beach.
