Myself and 4 friends stayed at this property for a five day getaway. The property was as described. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Walkable to beach each morning and a short distance to historic St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Great week

We had a great week at TropiCorner. The house is lovely and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short. The beach cart and chairs were a wonderful surprise. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Great beach stay

House is very clean, stocked, and comfy. Beach is only a short walk (2 min). Location is just far away for privacy but close enough for groceries, restaurants, and all other needs and comforts. Only 20 minutes or so drive away from downtown St Augustine.

family vacation

Nice house with great layout and location. Having the master bedroom on a different level than the other bedrooms and two living rooms made it easier for our older children to stay up later than us and feel like they had their own space.

Perfect family stay!

This house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was a super convenient location to several restaurants and stores and only about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The house is even closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem, which was great for us with our small kids who require a lot of stuff to make a beach trip successful. We were so impressed at how well stocked the house was with essentials for cooking, even offering spices. We would definitely stay again!

Calm before the storm!

Our family checked in on Sunday for a stay until Thursday. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cut our vacation short by one day. However, we enjoyed the time we had there, spending all day Monday on the beach, which was just a short walk away with no streets to cross. The house was as advertised - very nice and clean! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-furnished. I would go there again.

Close to the beach

One of the reasons we chose this location was because we wanted to be close to the beach. It did not disappoint with only a short walk to the boardwalk and easy beach access. The view of the water from the top floor was nice as well. There was plenty of room for nine adults and an infant. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. We loved going into Saint Augustine. There was history, great food, and beautiful sights. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

The stay was very enjoyable. Accommodations were very nice and the use of the beach items were great. The basement recreation room was a life saver for the kids as well as adults. The only draw back would be the absence of a outdoor shower for rinsing before hot tub use or entering the house. There was a hose available that would reach to the gravel drive but the faucet was in the far corner of the lower level by the hot tub.The walk was okay but a little further that we anticipated but we did have a vehicle that could go down and back from the beach to carry all the beach items. We would definitely look into renting again in the future.

Beautiful Clean Home

Tropicorner was completely beautiful. The home was spotless when we arrived and the sleeping arrangements were fabulous. We brought our children and their children and it was wonderful having the upstairs to ourselves while the grandkids slept (or didn't sleep for that matter!) The beach was a short walk, even with our canopies and wagons and food and toys. And the customer service was excellent. I couldn't ask for better communication or a better vacation home in which to stay.

July 4th Family vacation

House was perfect, plenty of room for two families of 4. Everything you needed is there. We just bought groceries and that was it. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need. Location to beach was very short walk. We brought our jeep so the girls would walk to the beach and the Dads would just bring everything down to them. In short it was PERFECT!! Thank you Elite Vacations...
